Job Purpose Design, configure, test, and maintain protection and control systems for high-voltage substations (up to 380k V - OHTL - UGC). The Protection Engineer ensures the reliability, selectivity, and speed of protection relays and schemes, including fault analysis and coordination studies. The role is critical for safeguarding substation equipment, preventing blackouts, and ensuring compliance with utility and international standards.<br>Main Interfaces Project Manager / Installation Team Site Engineers / Subcontractors Relay and SCADA Engineers Client / Employer’s Protection Representative Local Utility Protection Department<br>Responsibilities Design, calculate, and implement protection coordination studies for transmission substations (13.8k V, 33k V, 110k V, 115k V, 132k V, 380k V - OHTL - UGC ). Configure, test, and commission numerical protection relays (e.g., transformer, feeder, busbar, and distance protection). Prepare protection setting files, logic diagrams, and control schematics. Perform secondary injection testing, trip circuit checks, and end-to-end protection testing. Analyze fault records and disturbance oscillography to troubleshoot protection misoperations. Ensure all protection schemes comply with local utility standards (e.g., SEC, NEOM, Aramco) and IEC/IEEE regulations. Coordinate with utility protection teams to match grid codes and relay setting requirements. Supervise and mentor site technicians on protection testing procedures and safety. Conduct SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and support SCADA integration of protection devices. Document test results, as-built relay settings, and provide technical reports to the P&C Manager. Work safely in high-voltage environments, strictly following LOTO and switching procedures.<br>Required Skills and Qualifications Qualifications & Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power or Protection focus preferred). Proven experience in protection relay configuration, testing, and coordination for HV/EHV substations. In-depth knowledge of protection schemes (overcurrent, differential, distance, breaker failure, auto-reclose). Familiarity with protection relays from major vendors (Siemens, ABB, GE, SEL, Schneider). Knowledge of IEC 61850 (GOOSE, SV) is an advantage. Understanding of safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA).

The facility is being designed to meet API-driven and upstream qualification standards required by major EPCs and energy operators in the Kingdom.<br>Role Overview:The Head of Quality will be responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the Quality Management System for an advanced CNC machining and API certified remanufacturing & repair facility serving the Middle East oil & gas sector. Job Purpose:<br>The I&C Site Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the on-site implementation and performance of control systems, ensuring that installation and functionality aligns with the engineering design. The core of the role involves leading the Commissioning phase, performing loop checks, and troubleshooting communication networks and automation software to ensure a seamless handover to operations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>On-Site Design Validation: Review and interpret engineering documentation (P&IDs, Loop Drawings, Wiring Diagrams). Verify that physical installation aligns with the design and manage field modifications (Redlines). Commissioning management: Lead the I&C commissioning phase, from cold loop checks to hot commissioning and system handover. Coordinate with the engineering office to ensure functional logic matches process requirements. Signal & Loop Diagnostics: Perform end-to-end verification of control loops. Identify and resolve issues related to signal integrity, electrical noise, or incorrect wiring. Job Purpose ONLY SAUDI NATIONALSTo manage and maintain all employee-related transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other government platforms while ensuring full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and company policies. The role supports HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, contract management, and regulatory compliance. <br>Key Responsibilities<br>Qiwa&Gosi Administration Manage employee contracts, contract renewals, amendments, and terminations through Qiwa. Process employee transfers, profession changes, and work permit-related transactions. Monitor and ensure compliance with Qiwa regulations and labor requirements. Support Saudization compliance and workforce planning activities. GOSI Management Register new employees with GOSI. Update employee records, salaries, and employment status. Process employee additions, deletions, and end-of-service updates. Ensure accurate monthly GOSI contributions and compliance.<br>Labor Law Compliance Provide guidance on Saudi Labor Law and company policies. Ensure employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and employee benefits comply with legal requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly. Support labor inspections and government audits.<br>HR Operations Maintain employee digital and physical files. Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and experience certificates. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain HR databases and employee records. Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data.<br>Government Platforms Manage and process transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant government portals. Liaise with PRO and government authorities when required. Ensure employee records remain updated across all systems<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field. HR certifications are an advantage.<br>Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations in Saudi Arabia. Proven experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem platforms. Experience handling large employee populations is preferred.<br>Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and MHRSD regulations. Expert user of Qiwa and GOSI platforms. Knowledge of Saudization and Nitaqat requirements. Strong understanding of employment contracts and labor compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality.
