HR Manager – Construction & Contracting<br>Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia<br>A leading construction and contracting Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function and support a growing project workforce.<br>The successful candidate will have strong experience managing HR operations within construction, contracting or project-based environments, with a clear understanding of site-based manpower requirements and Saudi employment practices.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment and mobilisation for project, technical, site and corporate positions. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and workforce plans. Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and grievances. Oversee onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, leave, attendance and employee records. Support manpower planning across multiple projects and departments.
