availability and, at the same time, an optimized lifecycle cost.</p><br><br><p><br><b><u><span>Accountabilities</span></u></b></p><br><br><ul><li>Assist the ATC Supervisor in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on ATC Wayside equipment and onboard equipment</li><li>Carry out routine vehicle inspections, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items, perform minor repairs and technical cleaning.</li><li>Perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement (repair on site or inside depot) on the ATC system (Onboard & Wayside).</li><li>Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions, operating rules and procedures to ensure compliance with the Maintenance requirements<span>.</span></li><li>Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of ATC system, tools, calibration of track circuits, work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system.</li><li>Assist Supervisor in ensuring only tools and special equipment that are calibrated and in date, are used for maintenance Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the ATC System Supervisor</li><li>Implement and follow Permit To Work process</li><li>Implement the LOTO procedure before commencement of work on the track switch machines for any maintenance related activities</li><li>Perform shift and emergency duties when required.</li><li>Perform calibration of track circuits in the mainline & also verify the functioning of the vital relays (Onboard & HVAC Technician – Facilities Management / Building Maintenance We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems within building facilities. This role is suitable for a technician with hands-on experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, MEP projects. The candidate must have practical experience in building facilities, not only installation or construction work.<br><br>Role Summary The HVAC Technician will be responsible for operating, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment in building facilities. The role includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, responding to maintenance calls, identifying faults, requesting spare parts, and ensuring HVAC systems remain in proper operational condition. The internal JD highlights operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, regular inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, responding to maintenance calls, and testing/commissioning when required<br>.<br>Key Responsibilities Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems in building facilities. Inspect HVAC systems and equipment regularly and report findings. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC mechanical and electrical faults. Work on DX and chilled water systems, including split units, packaged units, ducted split systems, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, CAV/VAV, and related HVAC equipment. Replace or repair HVAC controls and electronic components when required. Install or repair refrigerant lines, chilled water lines, make-up lines, and drain lines. Respond quickly to maintenance calls and resolve issues within required time. Identify required spare parts and support spare parts requests. Support testing and commissioning activities when applicable. Maintain basic maintenance records, registers, and reports. Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO, isolation, risk assessment, and work permit procedures. Support supervisors and engineers in planning and completing maintenance tasks. Ensure work is completed according to project SLA and quality standard<br>s.<br>Requirements Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or related field. Experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance. Must have experience in building facilities such as towers, malls, hospitals, hotels, compounds, universities, airports, commercial buildings, or large facilities. Good knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Practical experience with DX and chilled water HVAC systems. Ability to use standard HVAC tools and instruments. Ability to troubleshoot common HVAC faults. Basic knowledge of electrical safety related to HVAC maintenance. Good communication skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
