Rare disease is a high-growth therapy area with rapid innovation and significant unmet medical need. Over 7,000 rare diseases are known today yet less than 1% of them have an approved treatment. As we build our position as a Rare Disease leader, we seek a Rare Disease Medical Science Liaison to join our Medical Affairs team in Jeddah, Western Region, KSA. As a Medical Science Liaison Rare Disease you'll play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to bring an important new therapy in a rare disease setting into clinical practice, making a positive impact on patients' lives. The Medical Science Liaison Rare Disease is a professional with scientific, clinical and therapeutic area expertise responsible for providing medical and scientific support to healthcare professionals aligned to the use of medicines in our combined rare disease portfolio. You will report into the Medical Manager Rare Disease. In this role you will be expected to identify and cultivate relationships with HCPs working in the field including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and pharmacists as well as other key strategic partners, such as patient advocacy groups. You will conduct educational programs on disease state and the appropriate use of our medicines, consistent with Medical Affairs plans and objectives. Job Summary:The Marketing Coordinator serves as the department’s field and supervisory representative across branches, responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with brand standards, marketing activities, promotional campaigns, approved packaging, and the proper availability and display of all marketing materials. We're looking for a well-rounded marketer who understands both traditional and modern marketing, thinks creatively, and enjoys turning bold ideas into real business results.<br><br><br>●What You'll Do ?<br><br>•develop and execute the marketing strategy across. The Sales Advisor fosters a welcoming environment, engages with customers professionally, and drives sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.<br>Key Responsibilities:The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:Customer Engagement & Sales Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations based on their needs. Approach customers proactively, offering expert advice and personalized service to encourage sales. Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and manage returns professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, promotions, and company policies. Store Operations & Merchandising Arrange and maintain merchandise displays based on popularity, trends, and company guidelines. Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience. Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist in unloading new shipments. Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system and handle daily revenue closing. Administrative & Team Support Record customer orders and update relevant details in the company database. Assist in maintaining an organized and hygienic store environment in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store success. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends and company policies.<br>Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Proficiency in handling sales transactions and working with computer-based systems.
