<p><strong>الوصف الوظيفي</strong></p><p>1- متابعة أداء الاعمال اليومية والروتينية لقسم العلاقات الحكومية</p><p>2- متابعة أوراق المهام والتأكد من أن موظفي العلاقات الحكومية قد أدوا المهام الموكلة إليهم بالمهنية المطلوبة وفي الوقت المناسب.</p><p>3- تكوين وتطوير علاقات عمل مميزة مع كافة الجهات ذات العلاقة.</p><p>4- مساعدة جميع إدارات الشركة في متابعة انجاز المهام والخدمات المطلوبة من الجهات ذات العلاقة.</p><p>5- القيام بكافة اعمال التنسيق المطلوبة لقيام المسؤولين في الشركة بالاتصال بمسؤولي الجهات الحكومية او زيارتهم لإنهاء اعمال الشركة المعلقة.</p><p>6- متابعة تطورات الإجراءات الحكومية والتعديلات عليها حسب الجهة وإبلاغ الإدارات المعنية داخل الشركة للعمل بمقتضاها.</p><p>7- متابعة كافة السجلات والتراخيص في الشركة والتأكد من سيرانها وتجديدها.</p><p>8- الاحتفاظ بأصول الأوراق الرسمية والتراخيص وغيرها من المستندات وتقديمها عند الحاجة.</p><p>9- تجهيز تقرير شهري لمدير إدارة الموارد البشرية يشمل جميع الاعمال المنجزة خلال الشهر مع ذكر الملاحظات والتوصيات.</p><p>10- إعداد النماذج والخطابات اللازمة والتأكد من توفير جميع المستندات المطلوبة لانهاء المعاملات.</p><p>11- تحقيق معايير الكفاءة والفعالية للقسم.</p><p>12- إعداد وإرسال التقارير الدورية.</p>

<ul><li><p>Conduct site inspections to identify, classify, and estimate ferrous and non-ferrous scrap generated from demolition, dismantling, decommissioning, industrial shutdown, and recycling projects.</p></li><li><p>Accurately estimate recoverable material quantities, grades, composition, purity, contamination levels, and market value to support commercial, procurement, and operational decisions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare material take-offs, estimation reports, recovery forecasts, and technical recommendations to support project bidding, material purchasing, and asset valuation.</p></li><li><p>Identify reusable, recyclable, and saleable materials, and recommend the most cost-effective recovery, processing, and disposal methods.</p></li><li><p>Verify material quantities through physical inspections, engineering drawings, inventories, weighbridge records, and on-site measurements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project teams to ensure the proper segregation, handling, loading, transportation, and storage of recovered materials at AQG recycling facilities or other designated locations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the movement of materials from project sites to recycling facilities, ensuring accurate documentation, traceability, and reconciliation of dispatched and received quantities.</p></li><li><p>Support the evaluation of scrap purchasing opportunities by providing technical assessments, recovery estimates, and commercial recommendations based on prevailing market conditions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international scrap metal prices, recycling market trends, and industry developments to support accurate material valuation and business decisions.</p></li><li><p>Participate in site visits, client meetings, and pre-bid surveys to collect technical information, assess material availability, and identify commercial opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, environmental regulations, and client specifications throughout estimation, inspection, and material handling activities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate and timely technical reports, inspection records, and estimation documents while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of all commercial and business-sensitive information.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments to support efficient project execution and business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Be willing to travel extensively throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at short notice and accept temporary assignments at project sites, recycling facilities, industrial plants, ports, or customer locations as required by business needs. This role requires a dynamic construction leader responsible for driving daily production, managing heavy equipment logistics, and leading multidisciplinary site teams across vast geographical spreads. The successful candidate will oversee the project from Right-of-Way (ROW) clearing through to mechanical completion and pre-commissioning, ensuring all construction milestones are met safely, ahead of schedule, within budget, and in total compliance with Saudi Aramco’s rigorous standards.</p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Site Execution Leadership:</strong> Direct and optimize daily field construction operations, overseeing earthworks, piping, welding, structural, and E&I crews to maximize productivity and maintain project momentum.</p></li><li><p><strong>Progress & Schedule Driving:</strong> Partner closely with the Project Manager and Planning Engineers to track daily progress against the master schedule, dynamically reallocating manpower and heavy equipment fleets to bypass site bottlenecks.</p></li><li><p><strong>Aramco Technical Alignment:</strong> Supervise all execution phases to ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) and project drawings, proactively preparing site areas for scheduled QA/QC inspections.</p></li><li><p><strong>Interface & Subcontractor Coordination:</strong> Manage and synchronize specialized subcontractors (such as NDT, field joint coating, or horizontal directional drilling teams) to ensure seamless, sequential pipeline progression.</p></li><li><p><strong>Safety & Work Permit Ownership:</strong> Enforce a strict "zero incidents" culture on the line.
