Duties and Responsibilities Create and develop creative content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and digital channels. Prepare corporate content introducing the company, its services, expertise, projects, and achievements. Write and develop corporate, marketing, and advertising content in line with the company’s brand identity. Prepare content and copy for marketing and advertising campaigns and corporate initiatives. Review and edit content linguistically and stylistically before publication or submission to clients. Ensure consistency of all content with the company’s corporate identity and approved tone of voice. Standardize writing styles and terminology used across corporate content and technical proposals. Conduct research and gather the information required to prepare accurate and reliable content. Monitor current trends in content creation and digital marketing and apply relevant trends in accordance with the company’s business nature. Contribute to the preparation and management of the Content Calendar and content plans. Monitor the performance of published content, analyze results, and recommend appropriate improvements. Update and improve existing content in line with the company’s services, projects, and clients’ requirements. Review the final content of technical proposals before submission to ensure completeness, linguistic accuracy, and compliance with specified requirements. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Arabic Language, Journalism, or a related field. Experience2–4 years of experience in content writing, content creation, marketing, or a related field. Experience in writing corporate, marketing, and digital content. Experience in developing content for presentations, proposals, and Technical Proposals. Experience in consulting, engineering, professional services, or project-based companies is preferred. Experience in handling technical information and transforming it into clear and engaging content. Experience in preparing Company Profiles, Presentations, Proposals, and Executive Summaries. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Rooms Division operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day performance. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and maintenance throughout guest rooms and public areas. Manage departmental budgets, payroll, expenses, and productivity in line with financial objectives. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Participate actively in hotel leadership meetings, operational reviews, and strategic planning. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, teamwork, and genuine care for guests and colleagues. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of Rooms Division experience, with proven experience in a senior management or Director-level role. Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping functions. Previous experience with an international hotel brand is highly preferred. Experience with IHG/ voco™ standards and systems will be an advantage. Strong understanding of hotel operations, room revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and Rooms Division KPIs. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to improve room revenue and profitability. Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams. Strong knowledge of guest experience, quality assurance, and service recovery. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel environment. Job Description Design Manager (DM) | Landscape Architecture A. Role Lead day-to-day management and coordination of landscape and public-realm design across early-stage concept through detailed and IFC delivery, ensuring design excellence, commercial control, and full interdisciplinary integration. B. Design Management and Team Leadership Plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects within approved time, fee, and quality parameters. Develop commercial awareness — actively monitor fee utilisation, scope changes, and initiate change-control processes where required. Prepare and maintain resource and deliverable schedules in coordination with the HoD and Project Managers. Contribute to sub-consultant procurement, scope definition, and technical performance assessment. Implement structured QA/QC and peer-review procedures at every design gateway. Coordinate early integration of civil, MEP, and infrastructure requirements. Adopt full ownership and accountability for assigned projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognised University (required). Professional accreditation or eligibility (CMLI, ASLA, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 15 years total experience, including at least 3 years in a design-management capacity within the GCC. Comprehensive understanding of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and regional authority codes. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale public-realm projects. Summary of the role: The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for supervising and directing the daily execution of mechanical activities at the project site. The role ensures that mechanical installations are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules under the guidance of the Mechanical Site Engineer. ROLE PURPOSEThe Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveying) owns cost certainty across TDG’s development portfolio. The role combines hands-on quantity surveying with commercial and contractual management, taking a project from first-principles cost plan at feasibility, through tender and award, to agreed final account. This is a working commercial role, not a supervisory one. The postholder measures, prices, and interrogates cost personally rather than relying on consultants to do it and reporting the result upward. The purpose of the position is to give TDG an independent, informed commercial view of every project, held in-house. ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXTTDG is a Riyadh-based real estate developer operating across the residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. The company runs a deliberately lean structure, which means individual roles carry genuine breadth and the postholder will be exposed to the full development lifecycle rather than a single stage of it. The role sits within the Delivery function and reports to the Chief Delivery Officer. <div> POSITION SUMMARY Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent. Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting. Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
