The successful candidate will also drive continuous improvement, operational resilience, sustainability initiatives, and the development of future talent.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage all FM and outsourced service providers to ensure SLAs are met and issues resolved quickly. Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of all airside facilities, assets, and buildings. Oversee asset management to meet ISO 55000 standards. Act as the single FM contact for all airside assets and services. Plan, manage, and execute maintenance to ensure safe, clean, efficient airside operations. Maintain all key airside infrastructure, including runways, taxiways, aprons, pavements, signage, drainage, substations, generators, AGL systems, security systems, GSE areas, RFFS, ATC, MET, and UAB facilities. Coordinate specialized outsourced engineering and infrastructure support when needed. Manage planned and corrective maintenance for all airside and general aviation facilities. Liaise with government and customs officials on airside facility maintenance. Support AGL systems and signage maintenance. Work with project teams on scopes, risk assessments, and permit-to-work processes. Ensure proper documentation, drawings, and manuals are maintained. Oversee CAFM, preventive, and corrective maintenance planning. Ensure compliance with Saudi law, ICAO/GACAR, and all airside regulations. Develop SOPs for maintenance, safety, and emergency response. Prepare monthly maintenance and management performance reports. Coordinate annual master maintenance planning and continuous optimization. Manage FM contracts, staff, contractors, and internal teams. Provide cost‑effective solutions to extend asset life cycles. Manage inventory and optimize re‑ordering with procurement and warehouse teams. Identify new technologies, cost‑saving methods, and energy‑saving strategies. Set and review team objectives aligned with airport business goals. Supervise, recruit, train, develop, and mentor staff; ensure succession planning. Conduct manpower planning and promote professional growth. Stay updated on engineering, FM, and airside industry trends. Support emergency response and operational disruptions. Train Saudi graduates as required. Ensure all employees understand and comply with safety, security, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor incidents, near misses, and hazards to ensure proper reporting and response. Support environmental objectives and ensure full implementation of the Environmental Management System. Apply environmental principles to reduce risks and improve efficiency.<br>Requirements:<br>BSc/ BEng in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognised institution Relevant Facilities Management Expertise. Develop the WBS, activity logic, calendars, durations, milestones, interfaces, constraints, critical path, float analysis, and stage-gate structure covering development, design, authority approvals, procurement, construction, testing, handover, and close-out. This is not limited to consolidating schedules prepared by others. Baseline and Integrated Planning: prepare and maintain SGI’s approved master schedule for each project and the integrated portfolio milestone plan. Ensure alignment with approved business cases, contractual milestones, design deliverables, procurement packages, construction sequencing, and required completion dates. Progress Measurement and Schedule Updates: define progress measurement methods, collect and verify updates from internal and external parties, update schedules directly, perform planned-versus-actual analysis, and maintain auditable schedule narratives and supporting records. Experience: typically 8–12 years in project planning and controls, including at least five years of direct, hands-on responsibility for building and maintaining detailed schedules on major real-estate, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, residential, infrastructure, or construction projects. Primavera P6: advanced practical proficiency is mandatory. The candidate must be capable of creating a complete schedule from a blank file, not only reviewing or updating programmes prepared by others.
