Geo Wise intelligently scores, filters, and prices available slots based on skills, capacity, distance, and deposit rules to keep technicians’ schedules efficient and back-to-back. Customers can book through Whats App in Arabic and English, a website widget, a hosted page, by phone, or via any AI assistant through the API. The company focuses on high-performance, real-world scheduling solutions that streamline operations and improve customer experience.<br><br>Role Description The Software QA Engineer (Web & Mobile) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in our global HQ. The person in this role will design and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications, ensuring functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end quality across Geo Wise’s scheduling and AI receptionist platforms. Daily tasks include manual testing of new features and bug fixes, validating cross-browser and cross-device behavior, documenting defects, and working closely with software developers and product managers to clarify requirements and improve overall product reliability. The Software QA Engineer will collaborate on release readiness, maintain test documentation, contribute to test process improvements, and support production issue investigations. The role involves active participation in Agile ceremonies, clear communication of risks and test results, and a continuous focus on user experience and performance.<br><br>Qualifications Strong foundation in Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance, with experience in defining and applying test standards and best practices. <div>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning/Scheduling Engineer to join our Site Supervision team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, supporting major transport, roads, and infrastructure utilities projects. General Job Purpose:To manage and monitor customer accounts and the complete collection cycle, starting with ensuring the readiness of billing requirements and supporting documents, through the preparation and issuance of invoices and following up until customer approval, and concluding with the collection of outstanding amounts, confirmation of receipt, reconciliation, and updating customer balances. The position also contributes to reducing the collection period, minimizing delays in invoice issuance and outstanding payments, addressing collection and payment issues, maintaining accurate customer balances, and preparing periodic reports related to billing and collection. Scope of Responsibility:The position covers the full Accounts Receivable and Collection cycle, from the Project / Contract stage through collection, reconciliation, and closing, according to the following process:Project / Contract → Billing Readiness → Invoice Preparation → Invoice Submission → Customer Approval → Payment Due → Collection → Bank Receipt → Reconciliation → Closing The position holder is responsible for proactive follow-up to ensure invoice readiness and prevent delays in invoice issuance, approval, or collection.
