Position: Sales Performance Manager<br>Job Role The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the complete sales and operational cycle for the assigned business unit. The role includes developing new business opportunities, managing a dedicated sales team, overseeing operational execution, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations Management, preferably within the Facility Management, Manpower Supply, Construction, or Industrial Services sector. Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team. Strong knowledge of the complete sales cycle, project coordination, invoicing, and collections.
