General Description of Role and Responsibilities:<br>Act as the main point of contact for all cost-related matters on behalf of the Client / Client Representative. Monitor and oversee the cost control services provided by other Consultants, ensuring compliance with agreed budgets and procedures. Identify and report any cost-related concerns or potential impacts not accounted for in estimates or reports. Ensure preparation of accurate budgets, cost plans, estimates, comparisons, forecasts, and reports by the Consultant(s). Advise the Client on the implications of scope changes on program and cost, based on Consultant input. Develop a cost strategy to mitigate risk and minimize financial exposure throughout the project. Coordinate and chair regular cost meetings, issuing clear minutes and follow-up actions. Manage and coordinate responses to cost-related queries during the tendering process and assist in preparing tender addenda. Support the Client in evaluating tenders commercially and technically; prepare financial evaluation reports and participate in clarification meetings. Oversee contract administration, including payment certification, variation review, and final account agreements. Assist in the amicable resolution of disputes involving the Client, Contractors, and Consultants to avoid litigation or arbitration. Track expenditures, update budgets to reflect changes, and prepare regular cost reports, including cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete projections. Negotiate final accounts and ensure financial close-out in line with contract terms. Advise on cost risk and budget performance, issuing early warnings as necessary.<br><br>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:<br>Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Cost Management role. Must have previous experience in a Cost Management capacity working for a Cost Management Consultancy Extensive experience across both pre-contract and post-contract cost management. Strong knowledge of construction contract administration and tender processes. Proven ability to manage and coordinate cost activities on major projects. Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS,SEC, AIQS) is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant cost management software.

Support the handover of validated opportunities to Business Development for execution.<br>Knowledge and Experience8 - 10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, market analysis, management consulting, or financial/business analysis. <b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>The Lead MEP Engineer will act as the Consultant's representative on-site, leading and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) supervision activities for large-scale buildings, mixed-use developments, and theme park projects. Role Purpose:Lead the implementation of an integrated management system (Food Safety, Quality, Hygiene, etc.) to improve overall performance and foster a quality mindset across downstream operations. <br>Key Accountabilities:Daily Operations:Participate in daily performance review meeting (Short Interval Management), Resolve daily non-conformities with Quality Engineers. Contribute to, organize and manage Problem-Solving Group P. S. G to resolve any quality issues in the specified area and follow up on the progress of issues across the plant. Eliminate critical problems using the PDCA methodology. Manage Consumer Complaints. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’ to improve business processes, cost efficiency and productivity. Quality mindset building:Validate all quality aspects of projects to ensure implementation of quality standards in coordination with the Quality Assurance Section. Ensure implementation of quality standards (online quality checks, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSI, sampling plan, etc…) with the Quality Engineers. Promote Risk Assessment and “Built-in Quality” in all plant projects: productivity, new products, and new equipment. Recommend improvements or develop quality standards on standard operating procedures Ensure that downstream operations (branches, warehouses, and GCC) are supported in terms of quality requirements and maintain the required quality standards. Ensure the implementation of proper market store checks on market. Support GCC quality requirements in cooperation with the relevant Quality Engineer.<br>Neptune/Triton sanitation program :Develop Neptune/Triton audit plan according to guidelines, also ensure implementation and follow up on Implementation. Review the closure of all findings in all areas. Oversee adherence of the compliance with the annual plan.<br>Consumer Complaints management:Develop and manage proper tracking for all consumer complaints. Monitor the complaint closure rate and ensure implementation of action plans for all Consumer complaints Participate in investigation of all consumer complaints. Analyze consumer complaints by number, type, trends, etc to recommend improvements. Follow up and close GCC consumer complaints. Continuous improvement:Participate in and encourage involvement in operational excellence program through implemented improvement initiatives to achieve world-class manufacturing through productivity, people engagement, working environment, growth, and Quality ideas. People Management :Provide formal and informal feedback to subordinates in order to ensure their continuous development. Organize training sessions and coach plant teams for daily quality management, particularly First Line Managers. Coaches Front Line Managers and Quality engineers regarding quality, food safety and problem solving. Policies, Processes & Procedures:Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Follow standard operational procedures (SOPS) to ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out in a safe manner with good quality as per specified standards mentioned in SOP. Reporting:Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared in a timely manner, and accurately and meet the company and department requirements, standards, policies and procedures.<br>Safety, Quality & Environment:Report near misses and safety risks on time through safety tags. Ensure LOTO application during troubleshooting and plant activities for routine and non-routine tasks. Ensure compliance with GMP, personal hygiene, housekeeping, equipment cleaning, floor cleaning, zoning, and 5S standards on a daily basis. Adhere to all Food Safety System standards. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.<br>Education and Certification Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in chemical/Micro or Industrial Engineering, Food Technologies or equivalent.
