Conduct and improve forecasting activities and methods to maintain effective material inventory levels. Analyses pertinent data such sales history per SKU, sales office, sales channel to ensure accurate information in the preparation process of Forecast review(s). Prepare, monitor and report inventory measures and performance indicators Contribute to the development, maintain and improve updated Master Production Schedules (MPS) and weekly production schedules. Work closely with Sales, Finished Goods Warehouse and Distribution functions abut sales orders, back orders, upcoming orders, stock transfer to ensure smooth supply of FG items to all sales orders and channels through smooth production continuity as per the production schedule and take necessary corrective action(s) when needed. Work closely with production, purchasing, raw material warehouse and raw material planning functions to ensure smooth continuity of production based on issued production schedules. Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion. Escalate production problem, analyses root causes and suggest solutions. Monitor Material levels and recommend liquidation plans for slow moving material and phasing in/out projects. Minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability. Maintain documentation and procedures for production planning processes and systems to ensure that material needs, and requirements are effectively met. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><b>الإبلاغ إلى:</b> مشرف الموقع / مهندس كهرباء | <b>الموقع:</b> موقع العميل (داخل المملكة العربية السعودية)</p><p><b>الغرض:</b> قيادة صيانة كهربائية ميدانية، مركّزة على محولات المقومات ولوحات التوزيع الكهربائية، مع ضمان الامتثال للاستخراجات والجداول ومعايير الجودة.</p><p><b>المسؤوليات الأساسية:</b></p><ul><li><b>القيادة الفريقية</b> – الإشراف على الفنيين في الموقع، توزيع المهام، تطبيق ممارسات السلامة</li><li><b>التصاريح والجدولة</b> – الحصول على تصاريح العمل قبل البدء في المهام؛ التنفيذ وفق الجدول المعتمد</li><li><b>ضمان الجودة</b> – التأكد من أن العمل يفي بمعايير أرامكو؛ إجراء فحص ذاتي قبل التوقيع</li><li><b>العمل الفني الأساسي</b> – التثبيت، الإنهاء، استكشاف العيوب، الإصلاح، وتكليف محولات المقومات ولوحات التوزيع</li><li><b>الرسومات ونطاق العمل</b> – مراجعة الرسومات ونطاق العمل بعناية قبل التنفيذ</li><li><b>الشهادات</b> – holders صالحون لشهادة CWQAP وشهادة Aramco WPR ورخصة قيادة</li><li><b>الصيانة الوقائية</b> – تطبيق معارف PM، استكشاف الأعطال، تقديم تقارير دقيقة</li></ul><p><b>المؤهلات:</b></p><ul><li>دبلوم/ITI في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها</li><li>خبرة صناعية/نفط وغاز كهربائية من 2–5 سنوات (محولات مقومات، لوحات التوزيع)</li><li>يفضل خبرة سابقة في موقع أرامكو أو موقع مماثل</li><li>خبرة في قيادة الفريق</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">المهارات</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>تشخيص الأعطال، تفسير الرسومات، أنظمة لوحات التوزيع/المقومات، الصيانة الوقائية، الاتصال، العمل تحت الضغط</p></div>

<p>كطباخ مساعد في فندق Fairmont The Red Sea، ستدعم فريق المطبخ في تقديم تجارب طهوية استثنائية ذات خمس نجوم. ستساعد في تجهيز المكس وتسيير العمل أثناء الخدمة مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة والنظافة والاتساق.</p><p>الحفاظ على تجهيزات المطبخ اليومية وتحضير المكونات وفقاً للوصفات والمعايير. ضمان الاتساق والجودة والعرض في جميع الأطباق المحضرة. اتباع الوصفات والتحكم في الحصص وإجراءات إدارة المخزون. المساعدة أثناء الخدمة وتعديل التحضير وفقاً لتفضيلات النزلاء عند الحاجة. الحفاظ على بيئة مطبخ نظيفة ومنظمة وصحية في جميع الأوقات. فحص وتنظيف مناطق تحضير الطعام لضمان ممارسات سلامة الأغذية. متابعة التطورات في المنتجات الجديدة والوصفات وتقنيات التحضير. فهم جيد بجميع عناصر القائمة، والنصوص اليومية، والعروض الترويجية. دعم الفريق أثناء فترات الضغط والمساهمة في سلاسة خدمة المطبخ. اتباع جميع معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة بما يتوافق مع سياسات الفندق. حضور إحاطات المطبخ والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل إلى المشرف الخاص بك.</p><p><strong>الملف المرغوب للمرشح</strong></p><p>خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في منصب طبخ أساسي، معرفة بتقنيات الطبخ المختلفة، شهادة في الطهو، مفضلة</p>

<ol><li><p>اقرأ وافهم رسومات التصنيع، وتوجيهات العمل ومتطلبات العملية المتعلقة بعمليات قولبة المحولات.</p></li><li><p>قم بتشغيل آلات القولبة والمعدات المرتبطة بإنتاج المحولات من النوع الجاف.</p></li><li><p>جهّز القوالب والمواد والمعدات قبل بدء الإنتاج.</p></li><li><p>راقب معلمات القولبة وتأكد من التوافق مع إعدادات العملية المحددة.</p></li><li><p>نفّذ فحوصات أبعاد وبصرية وأكمل قوائم التحقق والسجلات الإنتاجية المطلوبة.</p></li><li><p>تأكد من أن المكونات المشكلة مطابقة لمعايير الجودة ومواصفات الإنتاج.</p></li><li><p>الإبلاغ عن أي مواد غير مطابقة، أو أعطال في المعدات، أو انحرافات في العملية إلى مشرف القسم</p></li><li><p>حافظ على القوالب، والأدوات، والآلات، ومنطقة العمل في حالة نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.</p></li><li><p>اتبع جميع إجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة أثناء أنشطة الإنتاج.</p></li></ol><p><strong>المرشح المثالي</strong></p><p>خبرة من 2-5 سنوات على الأقل في عمليات القولبة، ويفضل في تصنيع المحولات من النوع الجاف أو في بيئة صناعية ذات صلة.</p><br><p>القدرة على قراءة وفهم رسومات الهندسة وتعليمات التصنيع.</p><p>معرفة بعمليات القولبة، تشغيل المعدات، والتحكم في العمليات.</p><p>الإلمام بالأدوات اليدوية، والأدوات الكهربائية، وأدوات القياس.</p><p>فهم أساسي لمتطلبات السلامة في بيئة التصنيع.</p><br><p>الثانوية العامة / دبلوم في الكهرباء، الميكانيكا، التكنولوجيا الصناعية، أو ما يعادلها.</p>
