Supply Chain Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only Our client, a leading company within the industrial, engineering and energy sector, is looking to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise its end-to-end supply chain function. Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.• Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics and equipment management.• Improve supply chain efficiency, cost control and operational performance.• Manage inventory levels to ensure business and project requirements are met.• Monitor procurement activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.• Drive process improvements across procurement, logistics and warehouse operations.• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.• Negotiate supplier agreements and monitor supplier performance, including cost, quality and delivery.• Prepare monthly supply chain performance reports for senior management.• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Requirements• Saudi National.• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.• Minimum 10 years' experience in a Supply Chain Manager position.• Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.• Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are advantageous.• Strong knowledge of the full supply chain lifecycle.• Hands-on experience with Six Sigma quality tools.• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.• Experience using supply chain management software and ERP systems.
