Follow up on incoming requests from departments and coordinate with Customer Management regarding damages, tires, or missing documents (e.g., accident reports). Respond to all incoming customer emails promptly without delay. Update and modify user names in the system. Coordinate all customer requests received via email with relevant coordinators and follow up until completion. Coordinate and provide customer service regarding maintenance, breakdowns, and all related concerns. Conduct daily branch inventory and reconcile it with the system, and coordinate with GBS for installing vehicle tracking devices as per system requirements.
