Job Overview The HR / Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, maintenance of employee records, and delivery of day-to-day HR administrative support. This role ensures employees are compensated correctly and in compliance with Saudi Labour Law and GOSI requirements while supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities.<br>Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing & Administration• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI regulations, and applicable expatriate employment requirements.• Prepare payroll journals for finance posting and reconcile payroll-related accounts on a monthly basis.• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.• Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports for management review.<br>HR Records & Data Management• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal information, attendance, leave records, and performance documentation.• Update HR systems with employee changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations.• Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and other HR-related documentation as required.• Ensure employee records comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.<br>Recruitment & Onboarding Support• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer letter preparation, and candidate communications.• Manage onboarding documentation, system access requests, and new employee orientation activities.• Support expatriate visa and work permit processing in coordination with relevant stakeholders.• Assist with employee offboarding, including final settlement calculations and exit documentation.<br>Benefits & Leave Administration• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, annual leave, sick leave, and statutory entitlements.• Maintain accurate leave balances within the HR system and process leave requests.• Liaise with insurance providers regarding enrollments, policy updates, deletions, and claims administration.<br>Compliance & Reporting• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Ministry of Human Resources regulations, and Saudization requirements.• Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, overtime, and workforce localization metrics.• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and organized documentation.• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.<br>Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.• Minimum of 2–4 years of HR administration and payroll experience within Saudi Arabia.• Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI regulations, and Saudization requirements.• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems; SAP HR or equivalent platforms preferred.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll processing and HR reporting.• High level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and integrity.• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.• Experience with expatriate visa and work permit processes is considered an advantage.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
