<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><div> <p><strong>The position involves:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and monitor all low current systems works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.</li> <li>Coordinate installation activities for low current systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Structured Cabling, IPTV, SMATV, BMS, GRMS, and Data Networks.</li> <li>Review shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals related to low current systems.</li> <li>Ensure all materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications and project requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate with MEP, civil, architectural, and IT teams to ensure proper integration of low current systems.</li> <li>Monitor subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are executed as per schedule and quality standards.</li> <li>Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities for all low current systems.</li> <li>Identify technical issues, site clashes, delays, and coordination problems and provide corrective actions.</li> <li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports related to low current works.</li> <li>Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and company policies.</li> <li>Support project handover activities including inspections, snagging, documentation, and as-built drawings.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing results, RFIs, material approvals, and project documentation.</li> </ul> </div></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>We are Looking for: br&gt; </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.</strong></li> <li>Minimum <strong>5 8 years of experience in low current systems projects.</strong></li> <li>Proven experience in <strong>residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.</strong></li> <li>Strong knowledge of low current systems including <strong>CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, IPTV, SMATV, BMS, and Structured Cabling.</strong></li> <li>Experience instrong <strong>testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities.</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>shop drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and coordination drawings.</strong></li> <li>Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with international standards and codes related to low current systems.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under pressure.</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and low current coordination tools.</li> <li>Strong communication, reporting, technical, and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul><p></p></section>
