Facilitate toolbox talks, safety briefings, awareness campaigns, and site-level QHSE training sessions. Coordinate with operations teams, maintenance personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on all QHSE-related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, company standards, client requirements, and project-specific QHSE procedures. Monitor PPE compliance, work-at-height activities, electrical safety practices, housekeeping standards, waste management processes, emergency preparedness, and permit-to-work controls. Support internal and external audits and assist in closing audit findings within agreed timelines. Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain high standards of QHSE discipline across all site teams. Provide regular QHSE performance updates and recommendations to management to support continuous improvement initiatives.<br>Required Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE/HSE roles. Previous experience in Facilities Management (FM), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Operations & Maintenance (O&M), maintenance services, building services, or large operational project environments is required.
