Job Summary:The Planning Officer coordinates and support projects related to the operation, assists in providing planning and evaluation, ensuring that developing and existing projects are effective and in conformance with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. The IT Incident Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of IT incidents across the organization, ensuring that all incidents are responded to, resolved, and communicated in a timely and effective manner.
