<p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> Own the technology strategy, roadmap and governance for financial crime and anti-fraud systems, ensuring alignment with SAMA requirements and wider business objectives. Oversee key platforms covering sanctions and name screening, AML transaction monitoring, investigations and fraud detection, ensuring ongoing effectiveness, availability and regulatory compliance. Lead system upgrades, migrations and enhancements, working closely with Technology, Compliance, Fraud, business stakeholders and external vendors. Manage and optimise anti-fraud technology, including SAS Fraud Management and Group-IB, alongside Firco and wider AML / Financial Crime Risk Management solutions. Provide management information and reporting on system performance, alert volumes, tuning activity and regulatory metrics, while supporting audits, inspections and independent reviews. Act as a senior technology partner to Compliance and Fraud functions, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of regulatory and technology requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred. 12+ years' banking technology experience, with significant exposure to AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, fraud and financial crime systems. Strong experience with platforms such as Firco, SAS Fraud Management (SAS FMS) and enterprise fraud management solutions; Group-IB experience advantageous. Proven track record managing end-to-end implementation, upgrades and application management across compliance and anti-fraud technologies. Strong understanding of banking, financial crime technology and regulatory requirements, with SAMA / Saudi banking experience highly advantageous. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>The Senior Manager - Precinct Development will help lead the end-to-end development leadership of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct comprising public realm, public spaces, retail, food &amp; beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.<br> The role will help lead development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives.<br> The role requires an experienced development professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences, creating vibrant, activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.<br> Key Responsibilities Help lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.<br> Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.<br> Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals.<br> Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.<br> Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.<br> Education Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.<br> Master's Degree preferred.<br> MBA, MSc Real Estate Development, Urban Development, or equivalent highly desirable.<br> Experience 10+ years of development experience.<br> Minimum 3 years leading major integrated mixed-use developments Proven client-side experience managing large-scale multi-asset developments.<br> Strong background in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and precinct delivery.<br> Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and project teams.<br> Significant exposure to large-scale developments in the GCC preferred.<br> Experience with giga-projects, sovereign development entities, or master developers highly desirable.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5"> Preferred candidate </h2> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small bg-mute"> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Years_of_experience"> <b>Years of experience</b> </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Years_of_experience"> No experience required </div> </div> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small "> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Degree"> <b>Degree</b> </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Degree"> Bachelor's degree / higher diploma </div> </div>
