<p>As an F&B order taker, you would be responsible for answering all food and beverage orders via telephone or digital systems, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, and ensuring guests receive prompt and accurate service according to hotel standards.</p>

<h4>Key Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Monitor all CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets.</li>
<li>Detect, observe, and report any suspicious behavior, unsafe conditions, or security breaches in real time.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to security alarms, system alerts, and emergency notifications.</li>
<li>Document all incidents, observations, and system activities in clear and accurate reports/logbooks.</li>

<p>A Chief Steward trains, supports, and motivates the Back of House team to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while managing cleaning schedules, moving and storing necessary equipment, and observing safety guidelines.</p>
<h4>What will I be doing?</h4>
<p>As a Chief Steward, you are responsible for training, supporting, and motivating the Back of House team to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. A Chief Steward will also be required to manage cleaning schedules, observe COSHH and Hilton Hotel Health and Safety Manual guidelines, and ensure that machinery is operated properly, efficiently, and is moved, stored, and available when needed.</p>
