The ideal candidate will manage the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all rooms and public areas to deliver an exceptional guest experience.⁦<br>المهام والمسؤوليات (Responsibilities & Duties) إدارة العمليات اليومية: جدول ومتابعة أعمال النظافة والترتيب للغرف، الممرات، والمرافق العامة للفندق.رقابة الجودة: فحص الغرف بانتظام للتأكد من جاهزيتها التامة ومطابقتها لمعايير الفنادق الـ 4 نجوم.إدارة المخزون: مراقبة البياضات (Linens)، أدوات النظافة، والمستلزمات، والتنسيق مع المشتريات لطلب النواقص.قيادة الفريق وتدريبه: توظيف وتدريب موظفي الهاوس كيبينج والمغسلة، وتقييم أدائهم دورياً لرفع الكفاءة.الالتزام بالصحة والسلامة: تطبيق معايير السلامة المهنية واستخدام المواد الكيميائية الصديقة للبيئة والمعتمدة صحياً.التنسيق مع الصيانة: الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي أعطال أو تلفيات في الغرف ومتابعة إصلاحها مع قسم الصيانة. Daily Operations: Schedule and supervise cleanliness in all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. Quality Control: Inspect rooms regularly to ensure compliance with 4-star hotel luxury and cleanliness standards. Inventory Control: Monitor linen counts, cleaning chemical stocks, and guest amenities, coordinating with procurement. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain high efficiency. Health & Safety: Enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols regarding chemical usage and sanitation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
