This role is integral to an ongoing Property & Building Supervision Project, focusing on ensuring robust health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites.</p> <h3 >Role Overview</h3>
<p >The HSE Advisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all health, safety, and environmental arrangements for the project. This involves ensuring compliance with WSP's HSEQ Management System, legal requirements, and client specifications to protect personnel and maintain a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

The selected candidates will assist in monitoring site activities and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all construction works.</p><p>Conduct daily site safety inspections to ensure compliance with approved HSE procedures and project safety requirements. Monitor contractor activities to ensure safe execution of construction works. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report them to the Safety Engineer and project management team. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers on site. Monitor construction activities related to road networks and multi-utility infrastructure , including: Potable water networks Firefighting systems Gas distribution systems Stormwater drainage and sanitary sewage systems Power distribution (MV & LV) Street lighting and telecom infrastructure Irrigation and landscape works Assist in conducting toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions . Additional certifications (e.g., ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, Fire Warden, First Aid) are an advantage. Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 45001/14001), OSHA, Saudi regulations, and local approvals/regulators. Proven track record in implementing HSE systems, conducting inspections/audits, incident investigations, and generating HSE reports. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Strong analytical, observation and problem-solving skills.
