The Head of Capacity will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing delivery capacity to ensure sufficient manpower and fleet resources to meet operational demand. The role will oversee capacity planning, driver/rider management, performance monitoring, and coordination with branches to maintain efficient and reliable delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage capacity plans based on business volume, forecasts, and operational requirements. Ensure sufficient driver/rider capacity across branches and operational areas. Monitor daily capacity, utilization, productivity, attendance, and service performance. Identify capacity gaps and take timely actions to address shortages. Lead recruitment and onboarding plans for drivers/riders and other capacity-related positions.
