<ol><li><p><strong>تصميم النظام والتكامُل:</strong> تصميم وتحليل أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة من أجل كفاءة الطاقة المثلى، والتعاون بسلاسة مع المعماريين لدمج الأنظمة في التصاميم الشاملة.</p></li><li><p><strong>التنفيذ في الموقع ومراقبة الجودة:</strong> إجراء تفتيشات موقع شاملة للتحقق من جودة التثبيت، والتأكد من تطابق تقدم الموقع اليومي مع جدول المشروع وبروتوكولات السلامة الصارمة.</p></li><li><p><strong>الوثائق المشروع:</strong> إعداد تقارير فنية مفصلة ومواد QA/QC والمواصفات وبيانات الطريقة.</p></li><li><p><strong>الامتثال:</strong> التأكد من التزام جميع أنظمة MEP بالرموز واللوائح والمواصفات التصميمية.</p></li><li><p><strong>الميكانيكا والأنابيب:</strong> تنفيذ أنابيب المياه المبردة المصمتة المسبقة العزل من الصلب الأسود المدفوع بالضغط، ولحام أنابيب ذات قطر كبير، وعزل في الموقع، وتدفق الشبكة/المعالجة الكيميائية.</p></li><li><p><strong>الشبكات المضغوطة والضغط الجوي:</strong> تركيب واختبار أنابيب HDPE (مياه صالحة للشرب/مياه معالجة) ومعرفة عميقة بشبكات المطر والصرف الصحي الجاذبية (GRP، RCP، uPVC).</p></li><li><p><strong>البنية التحتية الكهربائية:</strong> تنفيذ كابلات مباشرة مدفونة متوسطة ومنخفضة الجهد، بالإضافة إلى تركيب واختبار وتكليف محولات ميدانية ومحطات فرعية.</p></li></ol><p><strong>الملف الشخصي المرغوب للمرشح</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>مهندسو بنية MEP</strong></p><p><strong>التعليم:</strong> درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو المدنية.</p><p><strong>الخبرة:</strong> 5+ سنوات خبرة عملية في هندسة MEP ومشاريع بنية تحتية كبيرة.</p><p><strong>المهارات الفنية:</strong> كفاءة في AutoCAD MEP، Revit MEP، وBIM. قدرة قوية على مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية وإدارة تنسيق المقاولين الفرعيين.</p><p><strong>الشهادات:</strong> رخصة هندسية مهنية، أو شهادة (مثلاً LEED AP) تدل على خبرة في التصميم المستدام مفضلة بشدة.</p></li><li><p><strong>مشرفو بنية MEP</strong></p><p><strong>التعليم:</strong> دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية أو شهادة تقنية مكافئة.</p><p><strong>الخبرة:</strong> الحد الأدنى <strong>3 إلى 5</strong> سنوات من الخبرة الإشرافية المباشرة في مشاريع بنية MEP الثقيلة.</p><p><strong>مهارات القيادة:</strong> إثبات القدرة على قيادة فرق البناء والإشراف على عمال اللحام المتخصصين وإدارة الحفر/تركيب الأنابيب وتركيب الجهد العالي.</p></li></ol>
