Key Responsibilities Supervise MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Manage HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, pumps, generators, and related systems. Prepare MEP maintenance plans and technical schedules. Monitor critical equipment and emergency maintenance response. Coordinate specialist vendors and statutory inspections. Review MEP work orders, performance reports, and technical risks. Ensure spare-parts availability and appropriate technical inventory. Support MEP upgrades, renovations, and installation projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. 7 10 years of MEP maintenance experience. Strong understanding of building services and relevant safety requirements
