<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE</p><br><p>This job role is to ensure that all scaffolding work and related activities are executed safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with applicable technical specifications, company policies, procedures, and work instructions. It is also required to perform scaffolding management in accordance with documented plans and requirements for projects and continually improve scaffolding productivity. </p><br><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><br><p>1. Scaffolding Works management Monitor productivity of all scaffolding activities in shipbuilding including subcontractors’ production and ensuring timely completion of works fulfilling quality and safety. Collaborate with other departments/zones to develop and implement new processes, systems, and procedures that continually increase efficiency and productivity. &nbsp; </p><br><p>2. Planning for Scaffolding Works Develop a clear plan for scaffolding, load analysis, block transportation/arrangement, and manpower. Plan and monitor materials for scaffolding and consumables for the project in advance. </p><br><p> 3. HSE Management Pursue zero harm to employees by ensuring that all scaffolding activities are executed safely in compliance with HSE standards/procedures and MSDS. </p><br><p> 4. Resource Management Take primary responsibility for allocating and managing manpower and resources for scaffolding work, in accordance with the project schedule and budget. Monitor actual asset costs/man-hours against budgeted costs/man-hours and take corrective action for overruns. Coordinate with other production departments/zones and the Asset Management group to avoid asset and resource duplication. </p><br><p> 5. Space Planning Plan and manage the use of Shipyard space based on current project requirements and potential project awards. </p><br><p> 6. Training for Scaffolding Works Prepare work procedures and instructions for all scaffolding activities required for shipbuilding projects. Prepare training materials for workers and production managers and conduct appropriate training regularly. </p><br><p> 7. HR Management Assist the Human Resource team with workforce-related issues such as site support, recruitment, transportation, disciplinary procedures, labor relations, site welfare facilities, and offsite accommodation. Contribute to the development of all employees. </p><br><p> 8. Estimating quantity as per Approved for Construction drawings based on actual onsite change in quantity as per site conditions. Coordinate with site construction team and Engineering department to finalize and certify the actual physical work done at site to facilitate subcontractor payments. Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications. Job Summary The Senior Project Manager, Sports Facilities will lead the planning, design management, and delivery of major sports and recreation projects, including stadiums, arenas, training facilities, sports complexes, and associated infrastructure. The role is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, specialist sports consultants, clients, operators, authorities, and other stakeholders from project mobilization through design, tender, and closeout.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the overall planning, management, and delivery of sports-facility design projects in line with contractual scope, programme, budget, quality, and client requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations, priorities, approvals, decisions, and key project interfaces. Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, ICT, security, acoustics, lighting, signage, broadcasting, and specialist sports-design disciplines. Establish and maintain the Project Management Plan, design programme, deliverables schedule or MIDP, responsibility matrix, risk register, and project-reporting requirements. Lead coordination of sports-specific design requirements, including spectator experience, athlete facilities, back-of-house operations, crowd circulation, accessibility, safety, security, broadcasting, and event operations. Monitor design progress against the approved baseline programme and implement recovery or acceleration measures where required. Lead design coordination meetings and ensure the timely resolution of technical, interdisciplinary, client, authority, and operational issues. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage. PMP or an equivalent recognised project management certification is preferred.15 to 20 years of total professional experience, including at least 12 years in senior design project management roles. Demonstrated experience managing the design and delivery of stadiums, arenas, training facilities, sports complexes, or other major sports and recreation developments. Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and specialist sports, venue-operations, security, technology, broadcast, and crowd-management consultants. Experience on FIFA-compliant facilities, World Cup, Olympic, international tournament, or other major-event venues is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of sports-facility planning, including spectator and athlete flows, back-of-house requirements, accessibility, security, operational readiness, and event-day requirements. Proven commercial awareness, including budget, man-hour, profitability, variation, and change-management control. Strong programme-management skills using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Working knowledge of BIM-based delivery, Aconex or other EDMS platforms, document control, project reporting, and QA/QC procedures. Saudi Arabia or GCC experience, including familiarity with local clients, authorities, and approvals, is highly desirable. The project Engineering Manager is Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and design activities for Saudi Aramco GES+ projects. Ensure engineering deliverables meet Saudi Aramco standards, project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Coordinate with the Client, PMT, licensors, vendors, procurement, and construction teams. Provide technical leadership across all engineering disciplines and ensure timely resolution of engineering issues throughout project execution.<br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams covering Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, E&I, and Telecom. Manage FEED verification, detailed engineering, design development, and IFC deliverables. Ensure all engineering activities comply with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.
