<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>We are currently looking for experienced and technically strong Electrical &amp;Mechanical Draftsmen to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting</p><p>major construction projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare detailed Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, and As-BuiltDrawings based on approved IFC drawings and project requirements.·</li><li>Develop detailed drawings, sections, layouts, and installation details for MEP systems.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Technical Teams, BIM Teams, and other disciplines to ensure proper coordination and avoid clashes.</li><li>Incorporate consultant/client comments and revise drawings accordingly.</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved materials, relevant standards, and actual site conditions.</li><li>Support site teams with required technical drawings and modifications during construction.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience as an MEP Draftsman.</li><li>Strong experience in large-scale construction projects.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.</li><li>Good understanding of MEP coordination and construction requirements.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical</li></ul><p>documents.</p><ul><li>Previous experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC projects is highly preferred.</li><li>Electrical Draftsman: Strong knowledge of MV/LV, Lighting, Power, ELV, FireAlarm, Earthing, and related electrical systems.</li><li>Mechanical Draftsman: Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire</li><li>Fighting, and related mechanical systems.</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth finish.</li><li>Mix and match paint colors to meet specific project requirements and client preferences.</li><li>Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail.</li><li>Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in painting or related fields is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on painting experience in residential or commercial settings.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of various paint types, their applications, and proper handling techniques.</p></li></ul>
