<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:</p><p>قيادة وإدارة عمليات وأنشطة الخدمات/الوحدات التمريضية المعينة من خلال تحمل المسؤولية على مدى 24 ساعة.</p><p>التأكد من أن أنشطة رعاية المريض ضمن الإرشادات والسياسات والإجراءات والمعايير والبروتوكولات المحددة للمستشفى والقسم والوحدة، وما إلى ذلك. تسهيل تقديم الرعاية وتقييم الموظفين من خلال الحفاظ على وضوح الرؤية (80% حضور سريري) للمرضى/العائلات والموظفين في المنطقة. توفير القيادة ودور الموارد في تقديم رعاية المرضى وأنشطة الوحدة الأخرى.</p><p>إثبات مهارات الاتصال والتعاون الفعّالة عند التفاعل مع المرضى/العائلات، وأعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية الآخرين وموظفي الأقسام الأخرى. الحفاظ على سياسة باب مفتوح لموظفي الوحدة.</p><p>مراجعة وتخطيط وإدارة ومراقبة ميزانية الوحدات التمريضية المرتبطة. تطوير وتنفيذ خطة استراتيجية على مستوى الوحدة تماشيًا مع خطط القسم الاستراتيجية. التخطيط والتنسيق والتوجيه وتقييم تقديم الرعاية الصحية والوظائف الإدارية/التشغيلية للوحدة/العيادة. المشاركة في اللجان وفرق العمل حسب الحاجة. الحفاظ على جميع السجلات المتعلقة بتشغيل مجال التعيين وتوليد التقارير حسب الحاجة.</p><p>تقييم وتطوير ومراقبة فاعلية معايير الرعاية وسياسات وإجراءات الوحدة التمريضية. المشاركة في أنشطة التعليم والنمو المهني المرتبطة بالوحدات التمريضية المعينة بما في ذلك التدريس، التحقق من التدريب، اختبارات الكفاءة، وأنشطة التعليم الطبي المستمر. المشاركة في التدريس والتوجيه للطلبة التمريض والطب وطلاب المهن المساعدة والمتدربين والمقيمين. العمل مع جميع أعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية في الأنشطة المصممة لتحسين نتائج رعاية المرضى.</p><p>تطوير وتنفيذ والمشاركة في عمليات وأنشطة تحسين الجودة. تطوير واستخدام الشبكات الاحترافية الزملية. الدعاء بالتميز في رعاية المرضى وحقوقهم. إجراء وتقييم احتياجات التثقيف للمريض/العائلة، والاستعداد وخطط الخروج باستخدام الموارد المناسبة.</p><p>إدارة أنشطة وأداء الموظفين. رصد عبء العمل والأنظمة الإدارية والدعم والعلاقات الداخلية تقارير؛ تحديد فرص التحسين؛ توجيه وتنفيذ التغييرات ومعايير الإنتاجية؛ حل مشاكل التشغيل؛ تطوير وتعديل وتنفيذ الإجراءات المعتمدة في وحدات التمريض المعينة؛ ضمان الامتثال للقواعد واللوائح المعمول بها؛ إنجاز نتائج العمل للموظفين عن طريق التدريب والتوجيه والإرشاد؛ التخطيط والمراقبة وتقييم نتائج العمل؛ تسهيل التدريب.</p><p>ضمان الامتثال الكامل لبروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى والسلامة بالمستشفى بما في ذلك الصيانة والتشغيل الآمن.</p><p>إظهار الاحترام والتعاطف والحساسية الثقافية تجاه المرضى/العائلات، وباقي موظفي المستشفى، والطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس. التنبؤ واتخاذ الإجراءات للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة.</p><p>أداء مهام وظيفية أخرى ذات صلة.</p><p>المزايا</p><p>راتب منافس خالٍ من الضرائب</p><p>عقد قابل للتجديد لمدة عام (+ مكافأة شهر راتب عند التجديد)</p><p>61 يوم إجازة مدفوعة (سنوية + أعياد رسمية)</p><p>الرحلات الجوية مشمولة (بداية السنة، منتصفها ونهاية العقد)</p><p>سكن مجهز بنمط غربي مجاني أو بدل سكن</p><p>المرافق مغطاة</p><p>رعاية طبية مجانية وإتاحة مرافق ترفيهية</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف الشخصي للمرشح المرغوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>المتطلبات</p><p>درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة.</p><p>التسجيل الحالي كممرضة محترفة مسجلة.</p><p>الاستحقاق للتسجيل لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.</p><p>حد أدنى خمس سنوات من الخبرة السريرية التمريضية الفعلية بعد الترخيص/ التسجيل في بلد الأصل، ثلاث سنوات منها في مجال/وحدة محددة وفي منصب إداري مماثل</p><p></p></section>
