Water Electrolysis (AWE)/Hydrogen Production, Ammonia plant, Hydrogen & Ammonia storage, utilities (Compressed Dry Air, demineralized water, cooling water), Jetty Area, GHE Buildings Scope and Centralized Diesel Generation plant.</li><li>Operates within a multi-disciplinary, multi-contractor EPC environment, interfacing with Project Management, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, CSU and NGHC Operations teams as well as vendors and OEMs.</li><li>Covers the full electrical scope, including MV/LV distribution, electrical substations, SCADA, large rotating equipment, drive systems, Rectifiers, protection schemes, earthing, lighting and hazardous area design.</li><li>Provides technical oversight of power quality and grid integration, including harmonics filters, STATCOM/dynamic high-quality, and timely execution, while resolving complex and critical issues through structured problem definition, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and effective solution implementation.</li><li>Drive site electrical engineering execution through timely response to TQs/RFIs, effective closure of walkdown punch items, and completion of Electrical Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI), while managing Field Change Notices (FCNs) for temporary site modifications and ensuring accurate RLM/as-built records aligned with actual site conditions.</li><li>Drive effective cross-functional coordination with Project Management, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, CSU and Operations teams to support safe and timely execution.</li><li>Coordinate engineering activities with mechanical, piping, civil/structural, process control, process systems, process safety, fire protection, HCIS security, and cybersecurity teams to ensure effective multidisciplinary integration and induction and synchronous motors (e.g., compressors and pumps), MV/LV VSDs/VFDs, and soft starters, with advanced knowledge of drive topologies (CSI/VSI such as LCI and CHB), protection schemes, and resolution of complex starting and operational challenges, including witnessing SAT in accordance with project requirements.</li><li>Lead interface coordination and integration of the GHE plant with Power Generation (solar, wind, BESS) and grid systems (EPMS, 380 kV substations/OHTL, 33 kV STATCOM), ensuring compliance with the Saudi Grid Code and driving grid impact, system stability, harmonics, and power quality studies with robust mitigation strategies.</li><li>Prepare and review as built markups (Red line) for key electrical deliverables, including MV/LV distribution systems, grounding, lighting, hazardous area classification, SLDs, schematics, Relay logic diagrams including inter-tripping & interlock, protection schemes, relay protection settings, system studies (Load Flow, Motor Starting, Short Circuit using ETAP or SKM), load lists, cable sizing, and AC/DC UPS & battery sizing.</li><li>Ensure electrical designs comply with safety principles, Air Products standards, Local Job Purpose We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team and support our Oncology/Hematology therapeutic area. In this role, you will serve as the scientific expert for assigned products and disease states, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders while providing accurate, balanced, and up-to-date medical information. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, quality requirements, and local regulations. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine. Previous experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Scientific Liaison, Clinical Research, or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Strong scientific knowledge of Oncology and/or Hematology therapeutic areas. Excellent presentation, scientific communication, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities 1. District Tenancy Design Leadership & Design Coordination • Lead district-wide tenancy design coordination activities across assigned retail districts and tenant programmes. • Manage tenant integration activities between tenant design proposals, landlord design requirements, district aspirations, leasing objectives, operational considerations, and customer experience expectations. • Implement tenancy design standards, tenant-facing design guidance, retail integration methodologies, fit-out guidance principles, and lease-to-trade design practices across assigned districts and developments. • Coordinate landlord and tenant design interface activities relating to tenant onboarding, design integration, authority coordination support, experiential alignment, operational considerations, and opening readiness requirements. • Oversee district-wide tenancy design coordination activities relating to tenant onboarding, concept design reviews, detailed design coordination, authority interface support, fit-out integration, and operational transition activities. • Identify, manage, and escalate operational, programme, design coordination, authority interface, experiential alignment, and tenant integration risks impacting retail operability, customer experience outcomes, district identity, or opening readiness activities across assigned districts. 2. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job DescriptionOverviewAtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to manage document control systems, information workflows, and project records for major high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale building developments in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure accurate document management, compliance with project procedures, timely distribution of information, and effective coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your role<ul><li>Establish, implement, and maintain project document control procedures in accordance with company, client, and project requirements.</li><li>Manage all incoming and outgoing project correspondence, technical documents, drawings, reports, and records.</li><li>Control the issuance, tracking, distribution, retrieval, and archiving of project documentation.</li><li>Maintain and update document registers, drawing registers, transmittal logs, and correspondence logs.</li><li>Ensure all project documents are correctly numbered, classified, filed, and stored in accordance with document control procedures.</li><li>Manage document workflows through Common Data Environments (CDEs) and document management systems.</li><li>Monitor document review and approval cycles to ensure timely responses from project stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure document revisions and updates are properly controlled.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, superseded documents, and distribution history.</li><li>Ensure confidential project information is securely managed and protected.</li><li>Support project audits and quality management system requirements by providing document control records.</li><li>Generate periodic reports related to document status, overdue submissions, approvals, and project KPIs.</li><li>Provide document management support to project managers, resident engineers, discipline engineers, and contractors.</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining project filing structures and information management systems.</li><li>Coordinate project handover documentation and ensure completeness of records before project closeout.</li><li>Manage as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, testing certificates, and commissioning records.</li><li>Support implementation of BIM information management and digital project delivery requirements.</li><li>Train and support project personnel on document control procedures and systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality requirements and project information management standards.</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Diploma in Document Control, Information Management, Records Management, or equivalent is acceptable with relevant experience.</li><li>Certification in Document Control or Records Management is preferred.</li><li>ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems training is desirable.</li><li>Certification in ISO 19650 Information Management or BIM Information Management is an advantage.</li><li>5 to 10 years of professional Document Control experience. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience on major high-rise and large-scale building construction projects.</li><li>Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is highly preferred. </li><li>Experience working with consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors. </li><li>Demonstrated experience managing project documentation from design through construction, commissioning, handover, and closeout.</li><li>Strong knowledge of document control procedures, information management systems, and project administration processes.</li><li>Experience managing large volumes of technical documentation on major construction projects. </li><li>Understanding of engineering drawings, technical submissions, and construction documentation workflows. </li><li>Knowledge of project handover and closeout documentation requirements.</li></ul>Rewards & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career. Job Description Portfolio 3 is searching to build out it’s Operations team with a new Operations Manager to join the team and help strengthen our foundation. Heading into it’s 3rd year, the portfolio is looking to build an it’s initial success with CPHI Middle East, Umrah & Ziyarah Forum, and Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress. With some more exciting projects on the horizon you could be one of the key drivers in the next stage of bringing amazing experiences to, and forging memorable brands in, The Kingdom. As Portfolio 3 is building and growing we are looking for someone to come and help specifically, but not limited to, the delivery of: The expanding Umrah & Ziyarah Forum ecosystem The evolving Innovation Driven Water Sustainability (IDWS) event after a successful 1st year. The Operations Manager is responsible for the professional operational delivery of their allocated events; features and projects. You will ensure that all are delivered to the highest possible standards and to the satisfaction of all parties involved consistently throughout the year. Reporting to the Head & Senior Operations Managers, the Operations Manager will be responsible together with the Senior Operations Manager for implementing the EMEA Operations objectives. The intention is for the Operations Manager to eventually take full lead on running these streams, with High Level Ministry involvement and communication required. The Operations Manager should lead by example and demonstrate a professional responsibility to the department at all times. Adding value to the Operations Department and Portfolio alike and helping others to build their knowledge and ability for the future of Tahaluf. Operational Duties Be the key point of contact for the show teams in all matters on your allocated shows, internal and external. Accountability for setting, regular forecasting & achieving operational show budgets for allocated events. Responsibility for successful show management and technical delivery of several physical and digital events throughout the year including features & fully undertaking all related tasks. Manage production and implementation of show project plans ensuring all operational tasks are carried out on a timely basis according to individual project plans and within deadlines across all your events. Ensuring all allocated events are working within the company’s H&S, Security & Sustainability guidelines at all times. Implementation of internal and external Service Level Agreements on all allocated events. Oversee production and delivery of the show exhibitor manual. Communicate with suppliers to manage the brief, design, feature production and signage process in co-ordination with show teams and sponsors. Communicate with suppliers and show teams to manage the brief, design, production and management of Registration areas and overall welcome experience. Compile post event reports and KPI analysis. In collaboration with the Procurement team, monitor the ongoing performance of key contractors and troubleshoot / identify remedial action as required on each event. Management Manage, mentor & develop line reports & others within the EMEA Operations team, You will manage line reports on a day to day basis where applicable, each of these may be allocated across multiple events throughout the year requiring you to work alongside other Operations Managers to effectively balance workloads & priorities for each team member individually. Setting, monitoring and management of direct reports’ performance objectives and identifying training needs. Work with colleagues to achieve best practice in terms of operational planning and management. Compliance / legal / H&S / Sustainability Adhere to all Informa compliance requirements and monitor supplier performance to ensure they are meeting our requirements. Follow the complete HSS Operating Model for all allocated events, submitting paperwork as required in a timely and concise manner and embedding best practice & continual improvement’s into all your event planning. Collaborate with Informa H&S team to ensure suppliers meet and exceed our H&S requirements. Work with H&S team on remedial measures where necessary. Be an active partner of the Informa Sustainability team and look for opportunities to support and enhance our sustainability initiatives. Qualifications Educated to degree level or equivalent  Qualities needed for the role  Strong and effective verbal and written skills in Arabic and English. 5 years of events or exhibition industry experience or similar. Must have independently and successfully managed operations on multiple large events to a consistently high standard.  Experience of managing, supporting & developing multiple line reports simultaneously.  You will possess a good working knowledge of the exhibition industry & venues as well as a great working relationship with all official contractors.   Effective communication skills – being able to liaise with Operations team members as well as working with & reporting to Director Level individuals throughout the portfolio(s).  Familiarity with good procurement practices . Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others, thinking outside the box for creative solutions.  Ability to anticipate problems and/or put contingency plans in place. A proven ability to work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail under pressure is a pre requisite.   Willingness and ability to travel / work across differing time zones especially within the EMEA region.  Proven knowledge of exhibition H&S Guidelines and implementation.  Computer literate and proficient in the use of commonly used business software and project management software . IOSH Managing Safety Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum. Prior large budget management skill is a plus. Additional Information Please note this is a 9 month contract role.
