Verify that fire protection equipment, emergency equipment, first aid facilities, spill response equipment, and other safety equipment are available, inspected, and maintained in serviceable condition. Ensure barricades, warning signs, exclusion zones, and traffic management controls are properly established and maintained. Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, spill prevention, pollution control, dust suppression, and environmental protection requirements. Conduct HSE induction training for new employees and provide ongoing HSE awareness training as required. Monitor subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements, Saudi Aramco standards, and contractual obligations. Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection reports, observation reports, incident records, corrective action logs, and daily, weekly, and monthly HSE statistics. Conduct emergency drills in accordance with the approved Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and evaluate drill performance for continual improvement.
