Dairy Industrial Development Manager Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Dairy Industrial Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and develop local dairy manufacturing and co-packing partnerships across Saudi Arabia. The role combines dairy manufacturing expertise, factory assessment, commercial evaluation, and business development, with a strong focus on building local processing capabilities for cheese, cream, and formulated dairy products. Key Responsibilities• Identify Saudi dairy factories capable of toll-processing Cagliata into finished mozzarella.• Identify manufacturers and co-packers capable of cutting, slicing, shredding, grating, packing, and private-labeling Gouda, Edam, and Cheddar cheese.• Identify facilities capable of repacking bulk and frozen cream.• Assess whether existing Saudi manufacturers can produce formulated pizza toppings using dairy ingredients and vegetable fats.• Conduct on-site factory visits across Saudi Arabia to evaluate production equipment, technical capabilities, available capacity, quality systems, SFDA compliance, and cold-chain infrastructure.• Obtain and analyze actual processing costs per kilogram, minimum order quantities (MOQs), available production capacity, lead times, and potential investment requirements.• Negotiate and coordinate trial production with selected manufacturing partners using supplied dairy materials.• Evaluate potential manufacturing partners from technical, operational, quality, and commercial perspectives.• Work closely with Bin Dawood commercial teams to establish expected volumes, target selling prices, and overall commercial feasibility.• Develop recommendations and business cases for potential local manufacturing and co-packing partnerships. Senior Technical Office Engineer – Woodworks, Joinery & Custom Furniture Job Purpose Senior Technical Office Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating all technical engineering activities for woodworks, wooden doors, upholstery, and custom-made furniture projects from receipt of IFC/contract documents through release of approved production documentation. The role ensures technical accuracy, compliance with specifications and company standards, effective material optimization, smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and delivery of practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions that support production efficiency and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities1) Technical Documentation & Engineering Control Review IFC drawings, contract documents, specifications, BOQ, approved samples, and mock-ups. Prepare, review, and develop accurate shop drawings and production drawings in line with company standards and project requirements. Produce detailed joinery and furniture drawings including sections, fixing methods, interface details, assembly details, and hardware schedules. Oversee drawings for wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchens, wall cladding, fixed furniture, loose furniture, and upholstery items. Maintain drawing registers, revision history, and document control procedures for all issued drawings. Ensure all technical outputs comply with client requirements, consultant comments, contract documents, and applicable local/international standards.2) Quantity Take-Off, BOM & Material Control Perform accurate quantity take-off based on approved drawings and project documents. Prepare, verify, and update Bills of Materials (BOM) and cutting lists. Prepare material requests and technical submittals in accordance with approved procedures. Verify quantities and material requirements before procurement and production release. Your Role And Responsibilities As a Solution Architect: Cognitive Computing, you will design and implement cognitive solutions that run on multiple platforms and are composed of multiple software packages. This permanent, full-time position is located in Riyadh, reporting to the Manager, Technical Services. This role requires a hands-on professional who can make sound technical decisions, build strong customer relationships, mentor team members, develop reusable technical knowledge, and coordinate effectively with global teams. The successful candidate will have proven hands-on experience in the access control, biometrics, or physical security industry, along with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
