Job Purpose: <br>To lead and manage all construction activities related to the fire protection system upgrade across RTSI platforms, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes.<br>Key Responsibilities: <br>Oversee offshore construction activities including installation of firewater pumps, foam systems, monitors, piping, and suppression systems. Ensure compliance with Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual. Coordinate demolition and replacement of existing fire protection infrastructure. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules aligned with project milestones. Interface with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, and Marine teams. Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Driller role is based in Jiddah and focuses on leading drilling operations for AL-MUHANDIS NIZAR AL-KURDI CONSULTING ENGINEERS UK LTD. The Senior Driller will oversee day-to-day drilling activities, manage crews, and ensure safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. Responsibilities include planning and executing drilling programs, monitoring drilling parameters, supervising directional drilling activities, and coordinating inspection and maintenance of drilling tools and machinery. The role involves maintaining compliance with company procedures and industry standards, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with engineering and safety teams to optimize performance. The Senior Driller will also support training and mentoring of junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement in drilling techniques and workflows.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong proficiency in operating and supervising heavy equipment used in drilling operations. Demonstrated experience in general drilling practices, including well construction and operational troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with directional drilling techniques and tools for complex well paths. Knowledge of inspection procedures for drilling equipment, tools, and safety systems. Practical experience in oil & gas drilling environments, with understanding of field standards and regulations.
