documentation, including engineering drawings, equipment manuals, O&amp;amp;M manuals, operating procedures, or related technical records on mission-critical, telecom, or large-scale infrastructure programs.</li><li>Proven experience building, administering, or maintaining structured document management systems using documentation from multiple sources.</li><li>Experience in retrieving, consolidating, verifying, and controlling documents from designers, contractors, vendors, OEMs, commissioning teams, and other originators.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing version control, revision histories, audit trails, superseded documents, and document updates driven by equipment upgrades, design changes, or system modifications.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, BIW, Procore, or similar systems.</li><li>Working familiarity with structured numbering, classification systems, file-naming conventions, metadata standards, and document
