Monitor effectiveness of recognition programs and continuously refine based on employee feedback and business outcomes.<br>National Talent & Regulatory Alignment (Saudization) Ensure rewards frameworks are aligned with Saudization requirements and support the attraction and retention of Saudi nationals. Partner with HR and government relations teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws, wage protection systems, and regulatory frameworks. Support equitable reward practices that balance national workforce integration with global talent strategies. Track and report on compensation-related compliance and nationalization metrics. Ensure external engagements uphold the candidate experience, brand tone, and discretion expected of a world-class luxury brand.<br>Compliance, Risk & Policy Management Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards. Maintain and update rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines across the cluster. Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements. Manage risks related to pay equity, regulatory changes, and cost exposure.<br>Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Promote equitable pay practices and support gender pay equity and inclusive compensation frameworks. Ensure unbiased job evaluation and salary decisions across all employee groups. Support DEI initiatives through transparent and fair rewards structures. Monitor and report on pay equity metrics and recommend corrective actions where needed.<br><br>Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within luxury hospitality or large, complex organizations. Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies, salary structuring, and incentive design. Demonstrated experience in managing annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus planning. In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and rewards practices within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region. Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Workday). Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive compensation data.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as Worldat Work (CCP/GRP) or equivalent rewards accreditation. Experience within pre-opening environments or multi-property hospitality clusters. Familiarity with Saudization frameworks and workforce nationalization strategies. Exposure to global mobility programs and expatriate compensation structuring.
