Coordinate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP system. Ensure proper storage, labelling, bin allocation and housekeeping. Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable. Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with HSE requirements.<br>Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock reconciliations. Investigate stock variances and recommend corrective actions. Job Summary:The Marketing Coordinator serves as the department’s field and supervisory representative across branches, responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with brand standards, marketing activities, promotional campaigns, approved packaging, and the proper availability and display of all marketing materials. The role also supports the execution of marketing initiatives, monitors product presentation, and addresses customer complaints related to promotions, product presentation, or unclear marketing communications.<br>Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily field visits across branches, both inside and outside Riyadh, according to an approved visit plan covering all existing and newly opened branches. Prepare a documented report for every branch visited, including observations, photographs, shortages, and actions taken. Verify proper brand presentation across all branch elements in line with approved brand guidelines. Ensure all marketing materials are available at each branch and correctly displayed, while coordinating the supply of shortages and following up on delivery. Verify that branches use approved packaging and that it is presented optimally to customers. Handle complaints arising from poor promotional execution, product presentation, or unclear marketing terms, resolve issues in the field where possible, and escalate them to the Marketing Department when necessary. Attend branch-related operational meetings, represent the Marketing Department, communicate field observations, and follow up on decisions and agreed actions. Review reports and observed issues with the Marketing Manager during the designated office day, and communicate required actions, needs, and recommendations. Maintain commitment to working hours, remain reachable and responsive when required for urgent business matters, and follow up on pending matters until closure. Execute ad-hoc field marketing tasks arising from daily operations according to departmental priorities.<br>Requirements and Skills Required:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry. Field Experience: Strong practical experience in branch operations, marketing activities, brand standards, and promotional execution within the Food & Beverage sector. Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate field visit reports, marketing activity reports, and follow-up reports, including observations, findings, action items, and recommendations. Location: Saudi Arabia Sector: Oil & Gas / Major Projects Contract Type: Long-term assignment Working Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Working Hours: 8 hours per day<br>The Opportunity We are supporting a major organisation in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of an experienced Field Compliance Coordinator to provide construction safety and HSE coordination across a large-scale oil and gas project.<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, conducting compliance inspections and ensuring that employees, contractors and vendors operate in accordance with approved safety procedures, regulatory requirements and recognised industry standards.<br>This is an urgent requirement for an experienced safety professional with a strong background supporting major oil and gas construction projects.<br>Key Responsibilities Conduct regular construction site safety inspections and compliance audits. Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with approved HSE plans and procedures. Verify the effective implementation of Permit-to-Work systems. Monitor high-risk activities, including confined-space entry, lifting operations, excavation and working at height. Review and monitor Lockout/Tagout procedures and energy-isolation activities. Assess Safe Work Practices, Job Safety Analyses and hazard-control measures. Support Process Safety Management and Process Hazard Analysis activities. At least 7 years of experience supporting major oil and gas construction projects. Strong construction safety and field-compliance background. In-depth knowledge of Permit-to-Work, LOTO and confined-space procedures. Good understanding of HAZOP, Bowtie Analysis, Process Safety Management and Safety Management Systems. Proven experience conducting incident investigations and root-cause analysis. Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment and control measures. Experience monitoring contractors on major or mega construction projects. Strong reporting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
