We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team for a prestigious mega-infrastructure project in Riyadh. This strategic project includes the construction of complex interchanges, bridges, and roadway networks that will play a key role in transforming urban mobility and supporting Saudi Vision 2030. The project focuses on delivering a modern, sustainable, and efficient transportation system that will enhance connectivity and support the region’s continued growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field,Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM coordination and digital project delivery,Proven experience in roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects,Strong background in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, model federation, and clash management,Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360),Experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM standards,Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives,Previous experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly preferred,BIM-related certifications are considered an advantage,Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities for roads, bridges, interchanges, and related infrastructure works,Manage model integration, clash detection, and coordination processes across all project disciplines,Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and established workflows throughout the project lifecycle,Facilitate coordination meetings with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues,Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and data consistency to ensure project objectives are achieved,Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and project controls teams to support efficient project delivery,Support the implementation of digital construction strategies, including 3D and 4D BIM processes,Prepare coordination reports, track actions, and ensure timely resolution of model-related issues.
