The successful candidate will operate advanced lens cutting equipment and play a key role in delivering high-quality prescription eyewear to customers.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Operate automated tracer-edger machines to cut and shape lenses for various frame types (full-rim, semi-rimless, and rimless)</li><li>Read and accurately interpret prescriptions (SPH, CYL, AXIS, ADD, PD)</li><li>Mount lenses into frames with precision, ensuring proper fit and alignment</li><li>Perform drilling and groove cutting for rimless and semi-rimless frames</li><li>Conduct quality control checks on every order before completion</li><li>Maintain edging equipment, perform daily cleaning, and report technical issues</li><li>Manage lens inventory and notify management of low stock levels</li><li>Maintain accurate production records</li><li>Handle progressive lenses, high-index lenses, polarized lenses, and Trivex materials</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating automated lens edging machines (Briot, Essilor, Nidek, or similar)</li><li>Strong understanding of optical prescriptions and lens types</li><li>Experience with rimless and semi-rimless frame mounting (drilling, grooving)</li><li>Knowledge of various lens materials (CR-39, polycarbonate, high-index, Trivex)</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under daily volume pressure</li><li>Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) — sponsorship transfer required</li><li>Basic English or Arabic communication skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Direct experience with tracer-edger systems</li><li>Knowledge of optical lab workflow and quality standards</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot common edging issues independently</li><li>Reliability and consistency in production output</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Sponsorship transfer (kafala) provided</li><li>GOSI registration and medical insurance</li><li>Annual paid leave</li><li>End-of-service benefits as per Saudi labor law</li><li>Modern equipment and clean working environment</li></ul><p>Compensation Structure</p><ul><li>Base salary: To be discussed based on experience</li><li>Performance review after 3-month probation period</li></ul>
