Build relationships with government entities, corporations, universities, developers, tourism destinations, events, and strategic partners. Create and pitch new commercial concepts and solutions. Lead proposals, tenders, pricing, negotiations, and commercial discussions. Work directly with the founders on major opportunities and independently develop others. Build a culture of ownership, speed, commercial thinking, discipline, and execution. Work effectively with strong founders and stakeholders while maintaining independent judgment. Monitor revenue, costs, margins, budgets, collections, and project profitability. Negotiate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners. Challenge inefficient spending and improve margins. Ensure that growth creates economic value rather than simply increasing activity.
Who we are looking for The ideal candidate is a high-agency company builder with strong commercial instincts. We are particularly interested in people who have progressed from sales, business development, partnerships, commercial management, or business management into broader leadership roles such as General Manager, Business Unit Head, Country Manager, Managing Director, COO, CEO, or similar positions.
We want someone who can point to things they personally created:A customer they approached.
