<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver English language instruction to officers, soldiers, and TCN personnel.</li> <li>Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with training objectives.</li> <li>Maintain and update training records, reports, and documentation using Defense Language Institute (DLI) program standards.</li> <li>Support curriculum development and revision as required.</li> <li>Maintain classrooms, English labs, and instructional materials to ensure readiness and continuity of training.</li> <li>Track training materials and coordinate requisitions to avoid disruptions.</li> <li>Collaborate with other instructors and leadership to ensure training objectives are met.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have a bachelor's degree in English.</li> <li>An exception for personnel who possess degrees in other disciplines and have a Teach English Language (TESOL), Teach English First Language (TEFL), or a Teach English Second Language (TESL) Certification.</li> <li>Must have a minimum four (4) years of experience as English instructor, of which two (2) years are international for a level one (1) instructor and four (4) years international for a level two (2) instructor.</li> <li>Experience per SCA for Foreign Language Translator (30110).</li> <li>Responsible for completing and maintaining all applicable forms, records, and reports using the U.S. Defense Language Institute's (DLI) program as reference.</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of associated work areas to include English laboratory, classrooms, or any other areas used in the instructional process. <p>This International Preschool is seeking passionate and creative Preschool English Teachers to join our international team. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in English, supporting early childhood development, and creating a warm, nurturing, and safe learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years. They will be working across several classes as if they are a subject teacher.</p><p>Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the American curriculum.</p><p>Foster language, social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and interactive activities.</p><p>Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.</p><p>Observe, assess, and document each child s growth and learning progress.</p><p>Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding each child s development.</p><p>Participate in school events, professional development sessions, and team meetings.</p><p>Maintain classroom order, cleanliness, and adherence to school safety policies.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.</p><p>Minimum of 2 years experience teaching children aged 2 6.</p><p>Fluent or native English speaker (preference for teachers from USA, Canada, Australia, or UK).</p><p>Strong communication and classroom management skills.</p><p>Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.</p><p>Experience with international or bilingual preschool settings is a plus.</p>
