This role provides the hands-on expertise needed to build, test, inspect, and prepare products for shipment while supporting the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing operation<br>Key Responsibilities:Assembly & Testing Assemble valves, actuators, and automation products in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings. Perform functional testing, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product compliance. Complete required production, testing, and quality documentation accurately and on time. Support pressure testing and final product testing activities where applicable.<br>Operations Support Assist with receiving, inventory control, packaging, and shipping activities as required. Identify, document, and report quality or safety concerns in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.<br>What We’re Looking For Technical diploma, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience. Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation. Basic computer skills and experience completing production documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.<br>Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within a Valve Automation Center (VAC) environment. Experience with valves, actuators, controls, or instrumentation products. Experience performing pressure testing and final product testing.
