The role serves as a key link between the Front Office (Sales) and Middle Office functions, ensuring smooth execution of customer requests, sales processes, forecasting, pricing, sample management, and customer master data maintenance.</p><br><br><p>The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><br><br><b>Key responsibilities</b> <br><p><span><strong>Sales Administration &amp; Customer Support</strong></span></p><br><br><ul><li>Manage customer sample requests, including tracking, follow-up, and feedback collection.</li><li>Coordinate preparation, dispatch, and receipt of samples and cargo packages.</li><li>Support Account Managers (AMs) in creating and updating sales opportunities in Salesforce.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and commercial documentation.</li><li>Prepare and organize local sales import documentation, including</li><li>Ingredient lists</li><li>Labelling information</li><li>Product declarations</li><li>Create and maintain stock cards for local sales activities.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Commercial &amp; Project Support</strong></span></p><br><br><ul><li>Provide coverage and administrative support to the sales team during travel, leave, or out-of-office periods.</li><li>Support annual pricing processes, including price uploads and updates.</li><li>Represent the Commercial function in internal cross-functional meetings when required.</li><li>Organize and coordinate team meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.</li><li>Provide support for commercial projects and other business initiatives as assigned.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Front Office to Middle Office Coordination</strong></span></p><br><br><ul><li>Communicate customer forecasts to Demand Planning teams.</li><li>Update opportunity probabilities and support Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) processes.</li><li>Maintain service issue logs and monitor status updates.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Commercial teams and Middle Office functions to ensure timely resolution of operational matters.</li><li>Support Finance teams with credit collection activities and customer follow-up.</li><li>Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Demand Planning teams.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Lead Management &amp; Customer Master Data</strong></span></p><br><br><ul><li>Take ownership of new lead management processes.</li><li>Create, maintain, and update customer contacts and account information in Salesforce.</li><li>Ensure customer master data accuracy across systems.</li><li>Support CRM data quality initiatives and reporting requirements.</li></ul><br><b>Qualifications and skills</b> <br><p><span><strong>Education</strong></span></p><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Experience</strong></span></p><br><br><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the flavours, ingredients, food ingredients, foodservice, or related FMCG industry preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting sales, customer service, commercial operations, or supply chain functions is advantageous.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Skills &amp;
