<p>Seeking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager who will build the company's Investor Relations function from the ground up and lead it through IPO preparation and into life as a listed company.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and experience</p><p><strong>Essential</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>10 to 13 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets.</li><li>Strong understanding of CMA regulations, financial reporting and corporate governance.</li><li>Proven ability to engage institutional investors and analysts, and to work closely with senior leadership.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>CFA charter or MBA.</li><li>Experience with a Tadawul-listed company, or direct involvement in IPO preparation.</li><li>Oil and gas sector experience.</li><li>Experience setting up or building an Investor Relations function.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Build and manage the Investor Relations function through IPO preparation and after listing</li><li>Manage relationships with shareholders, institutional investors and financial analysts</li><li>Coordinate financial disclosures, earnings announcements, investor presentations and annual reports</li><li>Ensure CMA and Tadawul compliance alongside Finance, Legal and Corporate Governance</li><li>Track share performance, investor sentiment and peer companies</li><li>Help the executive team communicate financial performance, strategy and growth plans</li></ul>
