Role Purpose:• Lead financial strategy, capital structure, and funding for the investment firm• Oversee financing activities including credit lines, trade finance, and project financing<br>Key Responsibilities:• Own long-term financial strategy, capital allocation, and funding roadmap• Structure, negotiate, and manage credit facilities, letters of credit, and trade finance lines• Lead project finance deals: financial models, lender interface, covenants, and documentation• Oversee accounting, reporting, FP&A, and treasury functions• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, regulatory, and tax requirements• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies• Lead finance team, set KPIs, and drive performance and controls<br>Requirements:• 15+ years' progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in investment/financial institutions• Deep exposure to credit lines, LC structures, project finance, and trade finance• Professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent) strongly preferred• Strong experience in multi-jurisdiction environments and complex structures<br>Location: Dubai, UAE
