<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Fabricate and install <strong>Solid Surface (Corian), Artificial Marble, Quartz, and Natural Stone</strong> products with exceptional craftsmanship.</p></li><li><p>Manufacture custom <strong>washbasins, vanity tops, countertops, worktops, reception counters, and decorative elements</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Read and accurately interpret <strong>shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Perform <strong>cutting, routing, bonding, thermoforming, edge profiling, sanding, polishing, and finishing</strong> to the highest quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Fabricate and install <strong>integrated sinks</strong> using seamless joint techniques (Invisible Seams).</p></li><li><p>Operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment safely and efficiently, including routers, polishing machines, edge tools, and CNC machines,vacuum forming,Hydraulic Press (preferred).</p></li><li><p>Inspect products throughout the fabrication process and ensure premium-quality finishing before delivery.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend practical solutions to improve quality and productivity.</p></li><li><p>Train, mentor, and support junior fabricators and workshop technicians.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop while following all health and safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Continuously suggest improvements in fabrication methods, tooling, workflow, and production efficiency.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>5 years of hands-on experience</strong> in <strong>Solid Surface (Corian), Quartz, Artificial Marble, or Natural Stone fabrication</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in manufacturing <strong>custom washbasins, vanity tops, countertops, and integrated sinks</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>thermoforming, seamless jointing, polishing, finishing, and repair techniques</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and execute <strong>shop drawings and technical drawings</strong> accurately.</p></li><li><p>Experience operating <strong>routers, polishing machines, seam setters, thermoforming equipment</strong>, and <strong>CNC machines</strong> is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to premium-quality workmanship.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and lead a small fabrication team when required.</p></li><li><p>Experience in the <strong>GCC</strong> is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to continuously improve fabrication quality and workshop performance.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
