<span>Job Summary We are looking for a Saudi national to join our KSA team as a Logistics Coordinator.<br> This role focuses on communication, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.<br> The ideal candidate should be comfortable with phone and email communication, skilled in Microsoft Office, and familiar with international shipping and customs clearance processes.<br> Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track cargo movement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.<br> Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email to ensure smooth logistics operations.<br> Prepare and review shipping documents (e.<br>g., Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).<br> Support customs clearance and ensure all documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations.<br> Maintain accurate records in the logistics/warehouse management system.<br> Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).<br> Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally, following proper email and phone etiquette.<br> Resolve logistics issues and delays promptly.<br> Support the warehouse team with documentation and coordination as needed.<br> Saudi national (required).<br> Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.<br> Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.<br> International trade or customs experience is a strong plus.<br> Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.<br> Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).<br> ERP/WMS experience is a plus.<br> Soft Skills: Strong phone and email communication, attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

<span>JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Saudi national to join our warehouse team as a Parts Specialist.<br> This is a hands-on role responsible for receiving, inspecting, packing, and dispatching spare parts for aerial work platform machinery.<br> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive incoming parts, verify quantities against delivery documents, and inspect for damage.<br> Pack and prepare outgoing orders properly to prevent damage during shipping.<br> Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements in the warehouse system.<br> Support material flow between warehouse and workshop/service teams.<br> Operate basic warehouse equipment and keep work area clean and organized.<br> Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times.<br> Saudi national (required).<br> English: Good communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.<br> Education: High school diploma or above.<br> Experience: Warehouse, logistics, or parts handling experience is preferred .<br> Skills: Hands-on, physically fit, able to lift and pack heavy items, detail-oriented.<br> Forklift license is a plus.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
