<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor procurement plans, purchase orders, vendor documentation, and equipment/material delivery dates.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Review contractor schedules, progress updates, look-ahead schedules, and forecasts.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support the verification of quantities included in contractor progress submissions and validate reported physical progress.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor critical and near-critical activities, assessing their potential impact on project completion.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support the development of schedule-recovery and mitigation plans as required.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to confirm progress and forecast completion dates.</li>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Manage and oversee the PMC scope, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, interfaces, safety, quality, schedule, and stakeholder coordination throughout project execution.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Manage EPC Contractors during the Detail Design Phase and transition to site, taking on a Lead Piping role as part of the Field Engineering team for site assurance and required field inspections/approvals.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Act as the piping engineering Lead on specific projects, outlining requirements, actively promoting workshare where appropriate, assigning tasks, and supervising progress.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports, and comply with required checking procedures.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Provide advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including overseeing requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and purchase order preparation.</li>
