Job Description – Facility Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all facility assets, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable building performance while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities· Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facility systems.· Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.· Oversee building operations and ensure optimal performance of all MEP systems.· Plan and supervise system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance activities.· Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.· Prepare maintenance reports and performance analysis.· Manage budgets, cost control, and resource planning.· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.· Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Minimum Requirements· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.· Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management, Operations, or Building Maintenance.· Strong knowledge of MEP systems and preventive maintenance strategies.· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.· Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS is preferred.
