<p>The Logistics Specialist supports the efficient flow of materials and products across inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory records, cost control, regulatory compliance, and high service and quality standards. The Logistics Specialist will collaborate closely with warehouses, suppliers, Quality teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.</p><br><br>

<p>The Logistics Specialist will coordinate inbound shipments to ensure the timely receipt of materials and plan and monitor outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements. The role will work closely with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records, track logistics expenses, and ensure that documentation is complete and properly organized for audits and reporting. The specialist will monitor supplier performance, escalate service issues when required, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or delivery performance. The role will also partner with Quality teams to conduct warehouse audits and inspections, prepare compliance reports, maintain product quality standards, and ensure adherence to customs, regulatory, HSQE, and internal requirements.</p><br><br>

The CMMI Level 5 Consultant is responsible for driving continuous process optimisation across the firm, with end-to-end accountability for performance improvement, the design and maintenance of process and Quality Management System (QMS) frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision making across functions.<br>The role requires a process excellence leader who can apply quantitative methods, predictive analytics and structured improvement techniques to raise organisational maturity, while coordinating with service line leaders, project managers and operational teams to embed sustainable change.<br>The Consultant will act as the firm's senior point of accountability for CMMI compliance, governance and appraisal readiness, and will be a visible champion of process excellence, defect prevention and continuous improvement culture.<br>The role carries accountability for process maturity outcomes, KPI performance, audit and appraisal results, and capability building across the firm.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Process Optimisation & Innovation Lead continuous improvement initiatives across functions, with accountability for measurable performance gains and embedded change.
