Purpose of the Role<br>The Area Coach is responsible for leading and supporting an assigned area of 10–12 restaurants to deliver results against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Balanced Scorecard targets across People & Teams, Customer & Restaurant Excellence, Sales, and Profit.
