<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE </p><br><p>The primary purpose of this role is to operate and maintain the Project Information Management System (PIMS) to support the entire project lifecycle, from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning. This involves ensuring the accurate and efficient management of technical documents, drawings, procedures, and vendor data, as well as facilitating smooth workflows for document approvals and timely review cycles. </p><br><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><br><p>• Operate and maintain the PIMS platform to support the full project lifecycle—from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning. </p><br><p> • Ensure proper uploading, classification, and archiving technical documents, drawings, procedures, and vendor data. </p><br><p> • Monitor workflows for document approvals and ensure timely review cycles. </p><br><p> • Collaborate closely with document controllers, engineers, project managers, and shipyard contractors. </p><br><p> • Set up folder structures, user access permissions, and metadata standards in the PIMS. </p><br><p> • Generate reports, track deliverables, and support audits and compliance checks. </p><br><p>• Conduct training for project personnel using the PIMS system. </p><br><p> • Commission Document Management in PIMS, Input, update, and maintain commissioning-related documents in PIMS, including – ITR, MC certificate, NOE, RFCC, RFOC, SAT, Punch list, etc. </p><br><p> • Heavily involved with system/subsystem break up and definition, along with defining Mechanical Completion certificates and Inspection Test Records for the same. </p><br><p> • Enter and validate data for commissioning activities, including subsystem details, punch lists, and test results, ensuring accuracy in PIMS. </p><br><p> • Verify ITRs against field reports, ensuring all engineering items (e.g., piping, instruments, valves, cables etc.) are correctly tagged and linked to systems/subsystems per P&ID drawings </p><br><p> • Monitor and update punch item statuses (categories A, B, C), ensuring Category A items are cleared before commissioning and Category B items are tracked for post-commissioning resolution </p><br><p> • Generate and distribute PIMS R4 reports for commissioning progress, including aggregated values per phase (e.g., MC, COM) for subsystems and packages. </p><br><p> • Support the creation of Discipline Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC) and Livening Up Notices (LUN) or notice of energizing (NOE) by ensuring all ITRs and checklists are complete </p><br><p> • Prepare summary reports for RFCC and RFOC handovers, highlighting any outstanding punch items</p><br><p>• Work closely with commissioning engineers, inspectors, and contractors to collect and verify field data, ensuring PIMS reflects real-time project status </p><br><p> • Assist in preparing commissioning procedures by linking predefined PIMS reports to procedure templates </p><br><p> • Responsible for uploading all subsystem documentation breakdown into PIMS for subsequent administration of the mechanical completion process. </p><br><p> • Communicate with stakeholders (e.g., Commissioning Manager, Operations team) to clarify Punch list resolutions or certification requirements </p><br><p> • Maintain traceability of installation and testing data in PIMS, supporting warranty cases and audits. </p><br><p> • Troubleshoot PIMS-related issues and liaise with the IT support team or vendor. </p><br><p> • Support handover of final documentation to the client or operations team upon project completion. </p><br><p> • Work in conjunction with the production team to effectively achieve the requirements of the project. </p><br>

<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE</p><br><p>To act as an IMI Permit to Work (PTW) Issuing Authority and/or coordinating and controlling the PTW system across operational and non-operational areas to ensure safe execution of high-risk and non-routine</p><br><p> activities. <p >SEVEN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong >Senior Technician - Maintenance</strong> to join our team on a full-time basis. This critical role involves performing a variety of advanced-level planned maintenance, repair activities, and troubleshooting for attraction rides and devices across our projects in Riyadh, Tabuk, Abha, Yanbu, and Medina. The Senior Technician will lead work execution alongside other attraction technicians, actively supporting onsite installations, collaborating with contractors and manufacturers to ensure SEVEN’s maintenance requirements and operational readiness are met.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Lead and execute technical activities for rides and attractions, supported by the technician team and technical management.</li>
<li >Perform advanced planned maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for attraction rides and devices of all typologies.</li>
<li >Actively participate with Operations, Project Attraction Teams, and Project Management Consultants.</li>
<li >Maintain close communication with ride manufacturers' representatives engaged at SEVEN project sites.</li>
<li >Act as Team Leader when required during absences, verifying the quality and accuracy of technicians' work, particularly on safety-critical inspections and repairs.</li>

<li >Execute and record corrective maintenance activities on rides and attractions in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer requirements.</li>
<li >Execute and record planned preventive maintenance activities according to approved schedules.</li>
<li >Respond to ride and attraction breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore operations safely and efficiently.</li>
<li >Lead and execute major annual maintenance and rehabilitation activities to ensure optimal ride performance.</li>
<li >Support daily ride operational readiness and achievement of reliability and availability targets.</li>
<li >Work in accordance with international safety best practices and KSA regulatory requirements, adhering to all QHSE policies, procedures, and company standards.</li>

<li >Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation, including SOPs, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and PM checklists.</li>
<li >Support the implementation and effective use of asset management systems and related documentation.</li>
<li >Monitor spare parts and consumable stock requirements, providing proactive feedback to support availability.</li>
<li >Conduct inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with calibration and safety requirements.</li>
<li >Deliver training and maintain training records in line with Learning & Development requirements.</li>
<li >Identify opportunities to improve ride performance, maintenance efficiency, and operational effectiveness.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3>

<li >An Engineering Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical).</li>
<li >A minimum of <strong >5 years of experience</strong> in the leisure, attractions, or theme park industry, with a preference for candidates possessing 5-10 years of experience.</li>
<li >Demonstrated hands-on experience in major ride and attraction maintenance activities, including annual rehabilitation (REHAB).</li>
