This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new project opportunities, securing contracts for Commissioning, TAB, and specialized MEP services, and expanding the company's footprint in mission-critical sectors.<br>Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client Acquisition:Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the KSA construction and engineering market Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for key sectors, particularly Data Centers, Healthcare, Infrastructure and medium and large-scale commercial developments Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at EPC contractors, project management consultants (PMCs) Technical Sales & Proposal Management:Understand client requirements and propose tailored CSI Engineering solutions covering Commissioning, Testing & Diagnostics, Sustainability, and BIM services Work closely with the Tendering and Technical departments to prepare accurate, competitive, and technically sound proposals Present technical proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of CSI's certified services (NEBB, NETA, LEED) Lead commercial negotiations in alignment with the company's Authorization Matrix and Commercial Policies Market Intelligence & Reporting:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega-projects in KSAMaintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Regional Management<br>Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, business development, or estimation within the MEP, Commissioning, or Construction industry in Saudi Arabia Deep understanding of the KSA construction lifecycle, tendering processes, and contracting norms Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, NEBB, and NETA is a significant advantage Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial benefits Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is mandatory Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom
